This hotel is pricey but fabulous. We spent three nights in a family room (2 large beds)which was very large and comfortable. All the little touches are there, lovely toiletries in the bathroom, a chocolate on your pillow, slippers and robes.
The decor of the whole hotel including our room is beautiful. Location is perfect for sightseeing and west end shows. We ordered room service a couple of times which was of excellent quality. Staff are courteous and can't do enough for you. They also have an excellent award winning spa.
