Sunset Harbour Club Apartments

We had an awesome holiday here! Accommodation was fantastic and the food delicious! Weather was always excellent and my boyfriends best part of the holiday was the convenient pool bar!
We went to a nearby water park, watched a dolphin show, this was also very good but we found it very expensive! Definitely worthwhile doing though! I would recommend this hotel to everyone, it definitely has something for everybody!

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Tenerife. The entertainment at the resort was unbeatable especially the cute but arrogant entertainer Bradley.
He was very attentive and enthusiastic and really made our stay. The apartments were clean and well kept and the general complex was outstanding. It was lovely to sit by the pool in the day and take the short taxi ride to Veronicas to party at night.
We would thoroughly recommend the resort and will definitely be coming back again.

We booked the accommodation through RCI points and booked our own flights. We thought the accommodation was excellent. We had a well equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a large garden. The furnishings and equipment were very good. Reception staff were helpful on arrival, departure and on the odd occasion we needed them for advice or help.
The pools were very well kept. The top pool being very peaceful and the lower pool used by younger holiday makers and for activities. All the bars and restaurants were of a good standard. The food was plentiful and prepared well.
Whilst the accommodation is fairly quiet, once outside you can access all sorts of nightlife and entertainment. All in all an excellent holiday and we would not hesitate to recommend it.

Have had many holidays in Tenerife but I must say that Sunset Harbour was the best!
The apartments were great, well equipped and clean, the pools were great and hospitality staff friendly.
One of the onsite Restaurants 44 Regent Street, was really good. The food whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner was outstanding. The staff were really friendly and always went that extra mile. Their evening entertainment was outstanding Nicky Paul is a true professional.
I am sorry to say that this was not the case with the colonial bar onsite. The bar was dirty and very noisy, the staff were chatting with friends, drinking and smoking, service was very poor, a shame given that the rest of the complex is great.

We just came back from staying at sunset harbour and we had the best time ever. It was mine and my partners first holiday away and it could not have been better. Everyone at the resort made us feel welcomed. The food was great at the pool bar. The entertainment was great with Bradley he got all 5* from us.
Tracey was great who also got 5* at the Colinal bar. Our fave restaurant was a place called loch-ness which was just further along from burger king it was great i would definitely recommend this resort and when we go next time and I can assure you we will go there again we will stay at only sunset harbour.

We visit Tenerife at least twice a year and the Sunset Harbour is the one we will return to. Our apartment was out of this world. Spotlessly clean, well equipped, own large sun terrace with sun beds. Pool area very clean with friendly staff. Wonderful breakfasts in Regent st. Staff were really welcoming. Apple and blackberry pie to die for in the pool bar.
Reception staff very informative about other restaurants on the island which turned out to be well worth a visit. Blanco Negro and Torres del Mirador. Loads of shops and cafe/bars around the area bit without the usual noise. Complex itself seemed as it was soundproofed. Good security levels. Can't wait for our next visit.

Absolutely amazing holiday, apartments were very good quality, the food in 44 regent street and the pool bar was very nice. The weather was good but not amazing (obviously that’s through no fault of the hotel!)
The entertainment was great, always something to do and the colonial bar at the front of the hotel provided evening entertainment also. The beach wasn't far away and there were plenty of shops, bars and restaurants just a short walk away.
Will definitely be returning!

I booked a 5star holiday and was very disappointed with what I received.
As soon as we entered the reception area my heart sank, there was a tatty sofa, I went to the toilet and the seat was hanging loose, we were given an apartment on the second floor, as I am on crutches I used the lift, the lift did not work properly, it kept stopping on the first floor with the doors not being in line with the opening, It was a gamble every time I used it during our week whether I would become trapped inside.
We then entered the apartment, which you could see immediately that cleaning was not up to standard. Towels were only changed twice during our stay, one night we had to be moved into another apartment because ours stunk of sewage, the pool was not heated.
It is probably the worst holiday accommodation that I have experienced, and will not be considering returning.

Had a superb family holiday, first time visit to Tenerife. Accommodation was brilliant all clean and tidy large too, staff helpful and kind can fault any of it. Visits were all something to remember the trip up the mountain was an experience loro park was a favourite for the kids. 44 reagent street on site restaurant was Excellent, Food, entertainment (Nicky Paul and Robbie Williams) and staff all brill made our Christmas and new year one to remember, as it was our first away from home. Thank you. We will be returning hopefully in the summer months to the same place, and we recommend this resort to every one.

Magical holiday! Our apartment was spotless the staff were very helpful and three was a relaxed atmosphere everywhere.
The market was directly opposite twice a week.
We made many new friends around the pool bar the food there was excellent and the beer very refreshing.
Plenty of shops bars and restaurants close by can't wait to return, Cath.
