Thankyou for your feedback. I'm sorry you were disappointed with your stay and in particular the standard of room. We acknowledge that our rooms need attention and have already started on a major refurbishment programme that will result in every bedroom getting fully refurbished and a total redecoration of the ground floor areas including the introduction of a brand new restaurant.We are also introducing two floors of club rooms and a club lounge. Very sorry you were disappointed with your stay, particularly as it was a special occasion. As you highlighted, the hotel is undertaking a major refurbishment which will include all bedrooms and the public areas. We are also planning to increase our restaurant capacity in an effort to accommodate more guests at breakfast. We have arranged for our websites to be updated to announce our refurbishment.
