This was our first time in Turkey and we really enjoyed our stay here.
These apartments are well placed in the centre of Icmeler and although small and basic we had no complaints. Staff were very helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome.
There's lots to do and recommended are Majestic by the canal which does wonderful food and the Holiday restaurant near Selen Hotel.
Food here was well priced and very tasty. Thanks to Mehmet the owner who was great.

This was our third visit to Siesta Hotel and we love Icmeler.
The hotel rooms are a little small and basic but that didn't worry us, as the staff are so friendly and helpful and the hotel is in an excellent position in the centre of Icmeler.
We weren't in the hotel much as we were enjoying ourselves in Icmeler too much!
Recommended for entertainment are Stella Show (Harmony Bar) and Deniz Kapisi both by the beach. Would stay at this hotel again.

We arrived at this hotel late at night to find a very small and dirty attic type room. The curtains did not fit the windows and there was not enough room in the wardrobe for one persons clothes, let alone two! We discovered the balcony was filthy too!
The following morning we tried to sunbathe around the pool but there were nowhere near enough beds...so we headed off to the beach. On the way there we bumped in to our First Choice rep who we complained to about the state of the room. She informed us that she could move us at a charge of £100.00 per person or change our rooms at the Siesta. We had a look at another room on the floor below but there was grafitti on the furniture so, because we only had another six days left to enjoy our holiday, we decided to move ourselves - we knew this would be cheaper. We moved across the road to the Yavus hotel which was just as basic (something you come to expect in Turkey) but CLEAN !! We paid £75.00 each for six nights B&B. We complained when we returned to the UK and did receive compensation of £85.00 between us.
All in all I would not recommed the Siesta to anyone.

Last summer was our first time in Içmeler and we really had the holiday of our lives.
Hotel Siesta is not a too big but a warm and nice hotel with friendly staff and helpful management.
The hotel was really clean (it is the most important thing for my husband and I). We did some research on the restaurants in Içmeler before we went there and decided to stay bed and breakfast however after we saw the open buffet we wished that we weren't staying bed and breakfast.
The food was very delicious and clean (thankfully we had the chance to eat and enjoy on a Turkish Night which includes belly dancers and other traditional Turkish dances and plays).
Mediterranean sea was great and the hotel was 5 minutes walk from the sea and has its own sunbeds on the beach.
We really enjoyed our one week holiday in Hotel Siesta. It was really much more than our expectations and it was too good for a 3 star hotel. We are looking forward to go there again next summer. I definitely would recommend Hotel Siesta to everyone!
