Jurys Clifton Ford Hotel

Jurys Clifton Ford is a four star hotel tucked away just off Marylebone High Street.
The hotel has an attached health club with swimming pool - although be warned that the pool is only open to children during very limited periods, i.e. between 3-6pm at the weekend. The pool is in the basement of the hotel, with accompanying steam room, sauna, and whirlpool.
We were lucky enough to be staying in a suite with our two children, which was very spacious (the sitting room was about 25 feet long!) with a smaller bedroom and nice bathroom with separate bath and shower.
The views are pretty grim from most windows, hence the long net curtains.
We had a very good continental breakfast included with our rate, which consisted of a buffet table filled with lots of goodies: different breads, fruit, cold meats, cheese, pastries, cereals, and assorted fresh juices.
The public rooms in the hotel are quite stylish and comfortable. One of the best things about the hotel is its location - although less than ten minutes walk from Oxford Street, it is very quiet, and all the many charming delights of Marylebone High Street are a minute from the hotel.
For visitors to London, this is an area which real Londoners actually live in, and the shops and restaurants reflect this. Jurys have some excellent last minute offers, which make this a real bargain stay!
