Holiday Inn Oxford Circus Hotel

Holiday Inn Oxford Circus - Thank God for internet deals.
We booked to stay for 3 nights at the Holiday Inn Oxford Circus in March for my dad's 60th birthday, as we treated him to a trip to London. We booked over the internet - a double room and a twin room - £90 per room per night. When we arrived we found out that the proper rate for the rooms were £170 per night!
The hotel was perfectly located - just off Oxford street, about 2 minutes walk from Bond Street tube station, 3 minutes walk from Oxford Circus, really in the heart of London and close to everywhere. We were really pleased with the location.
Rooms wise, comfortable and quite spacious. Great power shower! However I would not have paid £170 per night for what we got - the paint on the bath was all chipped and there were holes in some of the linen, but maybe I'm nitpicking!
However, if you can get a good deal on the internet its a really great place to stay - just don't pay over the odds for it!
