We spent a week at this hotel in June 09. The hotel is rated 5* but it is more like a 3*. On arrival we had to wait over 2 hours for our room allocation. Our booking clearly indicated that we preferred a sea view room (if available) and even though sea view rooms were... more

This hotel is fabulous. The enormous pool, attentive staff, beautiful fitness suite, ample sunbeds/shades, well-appointed rooms, breathtaking glass lifts and atrium.... The list is endless!Did I mention the beautiful mountain view? I was concerned, before the trip, about... more

We stayed at this hotel in May 2007, the season had not got into full swing, but none the less we had a fab holiday, from the minute we checked into Manchester everything went very smoothly. We arrived at the hotel around 5am in the morning and were very impressed. The... more

FIRST IMPRESSIONS: I went to the Sheraton Antalya with my husband for our wedding anniversary. I decided to stay here in particular because we were staying in Turkey at the time and had free nights in a Sheraton Hotel to use up. Having said that I had high expectations of... more

A good experience......
We've just returned from 7 nights at The Sheraton Voyager and despite being slightly nervous after reading some of the reviews, we found it to be a comfortable, clean hotel with lots going for it. Our main fault was the location. Some evenings, you just want to walk out of the hotel to a bar for a drink or some dinner, but the Sheraton is on a very busy motorway and there isn't anywhere close by you could just stroll to. The city is a good 30 minute walk, although taxis are cheap and plentiful. The rooms are very clean and a good size.... more
Good hotel - not the best location
We booked a package holiday through Thomson and overall our holiday was very good. The entertainment at night was poor, with a pianist tinkering away with his "unique" version of "my vay" (Sp). There are two restaurants available in the hotel, one serving a very wide ranging buffet and the other serving some of the best food I've ever eaten, for the money. All drinks are quite expensive 9 Turkish Lire for a beer, where it is 3 Turkish at the beach park or harbour. The spa is also expensive (priced in Euro's) but it is very good. I... more
A fading glory
Just returned from a four night stay at this hotel. The hotel is in a great location for both the beach (8 min walk) or exploring the old City (25 min walk), while the hotel itself does have an excellent pool. Our rate included breakfast which was a real event, very good range, a great start to the day. I would agree with other comments made that the hotel needs some refurbishment, the rooms have a dated feel and in particular the outside furniture was old (many occasions of falling through the sun loungers!). Prices were standard hotel... more
fantastic poo
we have just arrived back from the hotel i cannot fault the hotel we had a lovely time , the food was fantastic, something for everyone. the pool was warm clean and inviting. i thought the drinks were a bit steep but apart from that i cannot complain. There is a little bar outside the back of the hotel that is run by a man called Mammett, he is a lovely man and speaks very good english. he has a parrot called Pasha and has just got a budgie i think he has called it jossy. The city is a good place to go if you love shopping but we were there... more
Great Hotel
Just spent 7 nights at this hotel, great staff, good location, yes it needs updating , this will happen next year. Food in restaurants is very good. Fully recommend this hotel.
Mediocre
Stayed at this hotel 9th May for seven nights. Parts of the hotel are pretty good but others leave a lot to be desired. The rooms are a reasonable size but the furnishings are very dated and rather dull. The quality of the towels are naff in the bathroom - i expected nice big fluffy ones - not the case. The breakfast buffet is excellent - so much to choose from . This then turns in to a buffet in the evening - quality of the food here was pretty poor. Pool area nice, plenty of loungers and free towels available from the spa. Miramar... more
First class hotel
We have just returned from a short stay at this hotel (4 nights) and would like to give it our highest recommendation in all categories. It is a genuine 5* hotel with a highly trained staff who seemed to really care about their guests. We had an excellent deal for a halfboard stay and we were amazed at the quality of the food, which was outstanding for hotel food. As for the roadworks which another reader mentioned, when we arrived on the 14th May the entire entrance looked like a bombsite. When we left on the 18th the works had... more
Beware Roadworks outside!!
Stayed at the Sheraton 2nd to 9th May 2006. Nice Hotel/ good staff/ varied but mediocre buffet meals typical of any other resort hotel in Spain/ Cyprus Malta etc. Price of alcoholic drinks was absolutely stupid! Cheapest "offer of the night" local wine was around the £19/£20 mark. Imported wines were £40/£50. For Our wedding anniversary I was going to buy a bottle of Champagne for the room. Moet at 480 Turkish Lira/ About £220!!!!! Didn't bother. The real rub is the six lane dual carriageway going in at the rear of the Hotel. Work... more
Brilliant!!!
A fantastic hotel...yes the rooms are a little outdated but they're spacious (huge bed) and very clean. We had a sea-facing room and had the most amazing views of the beach and mountains (incredibly romantic). The terraces are spacious with tables and sun-loungers. The entrance to the hotel's really grand, and the outdoor botanical gardens are beautiful, you truly forget where you are. Service and food are good, with most bookings you get buffet breakfast included. There's a door towards the back of the hotel that leads onto a cliff and... more
Excellent hotel!
I am originally from Turkey and this is one of the few hotels i stay at whenever i go to Turkey. Staff is extremely friendly and they make sure you are happy! It is spotless clean ( believe me, i am tired of haired and filthy hotels in the US).Rooms are modern and specious. You can enjoy your cigar and a glass of martini with a quality live band in the lobby area. Landscaping is awesome. They have a huge outdoor pool. Briefly, i highly recommend this hotel to everybody. more
