Excellent location for all London attractions and the West End theatres. Hotel very clean and well presented. Staff extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The room was clean had a large walk in shower with plenty of hot water, plasma TV in the room with access to movies if we wanted. The restaurant was lovely, self service breakfast and no rush to finish quickly even though breakfast time was very busy.
We couldn’t find fault with the place at all and would highly recommend it.

Lovely hotel. Very relaxed, home from home. Stylish and very central for the west end. Had a room on the 12th floor with panoramic views of London and the London eye. Breakfast excellent. Food in the cafe/bar really good.
Staff very friendly and very helpful. Bedrooms are well appointed in calm, neutral shades, with white duvets and numerous cushions. Bathrooms are contemporary. The shower is the perfect temperature and powerful without being over the top. Bath is enamel not the usual plastic of most hotels.
We asked for an ironing board and it arrived within minutes. Wish we could have stayed longer, would definitely return if we need to be in the area again.

Fantastic Hotel - So close to Green Park tube station and within walking distance of Oxford and Regent Street.
Rooms very clean and if you are feeling lazy like we did - the room service is expensive but well worth it.
There is a lovely little bar just inside the entrance - have recommended to friends and family and would definitely stay there again!
