Fantastic place for a perfect holiday. Complex spotless and wonderfully maintained with beautiful plants/flowers all round.
Pleasant walk to all the wonderful restaurants in Los Cristianos. With Las Americas close enough for those looking for 'teenage' night life.
Apartment perfect for self catering break. Nicely decorated and stocked with everything you could want on a self catering break.

Place and people was really nice I would go here again. Great for all ages plenty to do and see.

This was one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in. I has read reviews about this place before I went and they all gave it a brilliant review and I will have to agree with them. The rooms were clean and well equipped.
Although we stayed on the other side of the apartment complex it was still lovely and nice to return somewhere quiet over an evening. The pool was huge but the only downside is that it is salt water which isn't very nice when it gets in your eyes and nose but it is still ok. The brochure stated it was beachfront which is true but the beach it was next to wasn't very nice compared to some of the other nice beaches - but that’s just me being fussy!
With these apartments you aren't in the middle of the nightlife which is good but you are only a 10min walk away. You're never too far from anything! There are shops underneath the hotel complex and there are loads around the area which are brilliant. I would definitely return to this hotel as it was fantastic!

Heated swimming pool and short stroll to beautiful beach. Just ideal! Would recommend this holiday to anyone wishing to visit Tenerife. Make sure you visit the crazy gold just across the road - it has an amazing collection of Cacti.

Excellent rooms quite spacious they are situated very near the patch so it is excellent access to the bars and the pubs great if you’re going with mates or Children who are old enough to drink.
There are plenty of facilities for the kids though that’s what makes it such a good resort and they have lovely pools and they are spacious if you just want to have a quiet swim.

First day back and still wishing I was there! Very clean and fresh apartments, only complaint was hard beds. Maintenance and pool area were first class with a very relaxing atmosphere. Restaurants all fabulous and no complaints. A definite must for next year.
Get booking today, don’t delay. If you have been disappointed with apartments before well this is a definite choice as I was very impressed with the cooking facilities, oven, cooker, toaster, everything but the washing machine and even that you could get at reception. Overall a fantastic holiday in a very luxurious area. Holiday could be as cheap or expensive as you wish as all amenities are at hand with fantastic supermarkets.

I would highly recommend this complex to anybody, clean and very well kept. An ideal base to explore either Los Cristianos or Playa las Americas.
Excellent large free form pool area(salt water) with plenty of sunbeds and brollies for everyone, no getting up early to fight over them either, earliest we went out for beds was 10.30-11.00am and still plenty left. No floaties allowed in pool as sunbed man checks daily, also passes issued for sunbeds to stop unwanted visitors.
A good play area for the younger ones with a small pool fenced off from the main pool area, my son played in this quite a lot and made loads of friends. We had a ground floor apt(1 bedroom) with its own garden, it was well kept with maid service every day. The maids are a credit to the complex as they are very friendly and work really hard.
The complex is set within lovely gardens with loads of trees and flowers, it also has an underground shopping centre which doesn’t cause any bother or noise to anybody staying on the complex or sunbathing. It has a small pool bar and another by the sea exit, which also does excellent food, the drinks are a bit pricey so we bought ours from the supermarket, which is just across the road opposite the complex.
There are also five restaurants on the complex including an excellent Chinese(must try barbecue ribs - delicious!). No entertainment on site but no problem as plenty going on down the road if you want it.
The complex is right by the sea and if you turn left this takes you to a great beach which is approx 4mins walk, carry on for another 15 mins this will take you to Los Cristianos beach, shops, restaurants and bars, if you turn right out of the complex(sea exit) this takes you to centre of playa las Americas with plenty of nightlife, bars, restaurants(about half an hour), but there are restaurants, bars along the way, this is a lovely walk along the promenade whichever way you decide to go.
We did prefer the Los Cristianos end as right in the centre of Playa las Americas its full of teenagers cramming into nightclubs and bars.
Park Santiago III apartments are well situated between both resorts giving you the option of either a quiet holiday or a lively holiday.
If you come out of the front entrance of the complex there are also plenty of restaurants/bars to choose from, across the road is the supermarket, crazy golf and a lovely shopping centre.

We found all staff on the complex to be friendly, helpful and polite at all times. They have security patrolling the site day and night, which helps with keeping noise levels down, and made us feel that the apartments and our belongings were quite safe.
The only small problem I found was that there was no ramp from the front entrance to get down with a buggy to apartments or pool area, access was via escalators or stairs and other access onto complex was from beach side, but overall we found this to be an excellent well run complex and would definitely go there again.

As last year a fantastic time at the Parque Santiago III but I feel I must highlight the fact that inflatables are not tolerated at all now in the pool. I was not even permitted to play catch with a tiny ball with my 5 year old daughter.
This must have been in reaction to the previous year’s free for all but beware if you are taking small children they may be disappointed.

Sep 2004, Mr P J Deacon

Been coming to this complex for over 5 years. It’s a very upmarket part of Tenerife and is well policed and maintained.
No touts allowed in the surrounding areas.
We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment as usual and the view when you first open the shutters still takes the breath away. A large lagoon salt water pool and beyond it the sea.
Very child friendly with a playground, paddling pool and the gentle slope of the lagoon pool.
The rule about inflatables has been relaxed. All sorts were being used although the security guy will come and check for your yellow pass so make sure you get one from reception on arrival.
Numerous restaurants form part of the Parque Santiago experience and are all excellent..

Lovely complex, my only gripe was probably the maid service, which was not as frequent as I would have liked. But the facilities were excellent the pool was so clean and had life guards on at all times...the cafe area made English food which was a bonus and all the staff were so nice and friendly we made load of friends and had one of our most enjoyable holidays for a long time will definitely be booking again for next year.

Great apartments only complaint no kettle? Ideal for beach Los Americas, Los Cristianos, excellent shopping mall and resturants on site. No entertainment supplied but plenty in local area. Ideal families/couples good security no lookie-lookie or timeshare touts. Great swimming pool no inflatables or ball games allowed and this rule is enforced!!
