Cannot fault this place for a family holiday. First time in Ibiza and we breezed through the airport and striaght to the hotel with no hitches, there were reps (quite a few of them) at the airport and they were very helpful, there was also a rep on the transfer bus with us.... more

beautiful weather when we arrived. did not take long to travel from airport to hotel. staff in hotel were very freindly and helpful. requested more pillows, they were in our room within minutes. the toilet did not flush properly. it was mended within minutes of reporting... more
