Fuengirola Beach Apartments

Went to Fuengirola Beach in May this year, 7 of us went including 3 children age 13, 10 and 9. the kids still talk about it now they had a brilliant time, the pool is clean and safe, the appartment was perfect, the staff very friendly and the kids reps great. We upgraded to all inclusive when we checked in which was great as the kids could eat and drink as much as they liked, the food in the restaurant was ok a bit repetative but was edible, the all inclusive upgrade was well worth it for the snacks and drinks alone. Overall a great place to stay would recommend it to anyone.

Went the first week of Sept with my 3 year old and 1.1/2 year old. We were on the 5th floor and the lift was a bit of a pain getting two buggies in, but very speedy. The apt was lovely and spacious, balcony was safe for the kids. There was no rushing for loungers which I loved. Two life guards maning the pool all day, which were very good with my children!they were always there. Air cond not that great but we did spring a leak from it and the maintenance were there very promptly.
They have a lovely play area with all the sponge flooring, climbing wall etc. games room and entertainment all night which was a bit same old but kids liked it.
Hotel is situated right next door to a lovely shopping centre with a soft play area and race track for kids. Recommend changing money up in there and not the hotel as they take a high commission. 10 minutes walk to the beach, felt the restaurants were a bit poor along the beach front.
Lovely hotel and felt safe. Wish I went to 10 days now.

Did people really stay at the same place as me. This was are best holiday ever. Just came back last Sunday, sadly was only there for a week. we are already looking at next years prices and will def be staying for 2 weeks.
I have a 10 and 16 yr old boys and both absolutely loved it.
Pool and hotel was always clean. And any staff we came across were very friendly.
Even though it was high season no matter what time we got to the pool we always got a lounger. And monday to friday was a LOVELY sun advisor there called Jenny.
We went self catering so cant comment on the food. My only gripe her was pity no ice box as iceland is only 10 mins away.
Entertenment could and should be a lot better in the evenings, in fact it was the only bad thing about the holiday. if this could change i would have gsve the place a 10.
I was after reading the reviews before i went and i really was terrified thinking id made a big mistake but i can honestly say id didnt and was the best holiday ever.

Just had a fortnight at Fuengirola Beach and we had a great time. Great entertainment everynight.

My family of 5, fitted in perfectly. Maids cleaned the room every day (on demand). Overall 9/10

just came home from the nightmare hotel/apartments what ever you call it when we arrived we had to wait 1 hour because our room it was,nt ready they just told us to go off some were and come back didnt tell us were to go we were very tired at that stage so we went to the poolside bar for some food draged all the suit cases with us the food was rubbish the burgers were pink the chips were over cooked and the pizza and hotdog wernt up to scracth eather didnt eat there for the next 2 weeks when we did cheak in the front door and the beadroom door were jamed the room didnt face the pool just the main road we asked could we change it we were told thats what you booked very unwelcome start to our holidays one day in to the holiday the microwave went on fire and the safe kept locking . the pool was ok a bit grity the night time entertainmnt was ok the first few days but it came apparent that every nihgt was the same the kids got board we went outside the hotel the beach wes about 15 20 mins walk a nice walk but their was just bars on the beach front nothing on for the kids to do we fount one bar called the gun club good crack good shows on every nite and good food so went their every nite the hotel bar was a rip off the staff were not friendly they over charged , my wife got charged different prices than me for the same drinks we would buy drink in the supermarket and bring it in thank god 4 the supermarket we woul have been lost with out it everything you need is in it cockroches all over the restruant the loby the room every were snake and parrot shows in the hotel were a joke took your photo with them then asked for 10e each child rip off could go on and on about this hotel but please don;t stay i certenaly wont b back again dont be fooled by good revues!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! mick kearney from finglas dublin

The apparment was clean enough apart from we only got fresh towels 4 days of us being there. Five towels is not enough for a family of 5 for 4 days. There was no frezzer. We were told there was too bedrooms and a livingroom which had a bed for someone else but when we reached the appartment we put one step into the main door there was a bed in the hall across from the toilet which was unconveniant during the night when a family member went to the toilet. The air con didnt work and the apparments where too hot. There was a 15-20 min disco at 9:15 on most night which was RUBBISH. We where there a week and we got saw two shows we where in the bar everynight as there was ment to be amazing entertainment but that was a big lie. The kids were bored within the first 15 min as there was nothing to do the pool was great durning the day as it gave the kids something to do. There is a games room and all the machines kept breaking down and getting jammed as well as the computers. We were told the hotel was a 4 key three star but the quality of the place and attitude was suspected from a 2 star holiday. The food was ok but not that good the best part of the holiday was the plane journey there and home. Im glad i only went for a week as i dont think the kids and myself could handle two weeks as it is so expensive and there is nothing for the kids to do. However there was a shopping centre right next door which had over 160 shops. The food in the shopping centre was much better than anywhere else in fuengirola that we tried the cabana and piazza pasta was amazing good value for money as the piazza pasta plaze had a great deal on which is deal of the day where you get a starter, main course and a dessert for 7.45 euros. You only had to pay a little more for the juice. The cabana was amazing as it had different veriaties or food. One of the worst places was American Hollywood and the burger was raw it looked like they were put in to cook for 20 secons each side. The stake was just burger meat reshaped and the cooked which would have been ok if the price was resonable but the price was sky high. I really wouldnt recoment this place for anyone unless you like bringing cigarettes and alcohol back as you were allowed to bring back 3200 cigerettes back and 5 lt of alcohol back im not very sure on the alcohol one but the cigerettes were correct.

I have just came back from Fuengirola Beach Hotel.
Apart from the food the hotel was really clean + nice.
Would definitely go back again.
The food was a little bit weird. But there is food for everyone there.
Happy staff.
There was a robbery when we went, where an elderly lady got robbed in the lift so security could be tighter on the doors as people can just walk in.
But really nice + tidy apart from that

the apartment was clean and well kept but the food was of such a quality that i was seriously considering eating elsewhere even though the food was already paid for. they used the cheapest cuts of everything and it all looked poked about. im sure it is great to go self serving but not half board.
