Riu Parque Cristobal II

This hotel was perfect for kids. There is everything you need. Staff is very helpful and they changed our bungalow near the pool when we asked. Cleaning was 5 times a week and there were big washing machines (4 euro/ wash) awailable around the clock. There is also a gym in this hotel, but that was really nothing. One old running machine and two crosstrainers which were kind of broken. If you are a partygroup, don´t go into this family hotel!

this hotel complex is great i dont think there was anything you could have asked for tht wasnt available it had everthing good food 100%cleanliness and friendly staff all round 2 kids pools 2 adult pools and an outdoor jaccussi pool toys nad towels for you sunbed were provided around the pool walls there were baby changing facilities very impresses would definately go again because of location tho does need a sign outside with its name on just a little thing that is on the whole it was fabulous

We stayed a week at this hotel with my spouse, two children (4mths, 2 yrs) and spouse's parents. Bungalow (2 bedrooms) was spacious and it could easily accommodate two baby beds, which were readily set up as we arrived. Kids' pools were great and there was a wide choice of pool toys you could choose from. You could easily get around the hotel premises with a stroller and there was an abundance of baby seats in the restaurant. Excellent accommodation and a good location. Food was good if a little limited for the children with a chef freshly cooking meat in front of you (crepes at breakfast) Staff were excellent and friendly from the receptionists through to the restaurant and bar staff and the cleaners. This was a hard place to find a full review on.Which was a worry. DONT WORRY,The place is spottless clean,freindly and facilitys are good.Food was a wide coice.Pool area nice.Entertainment was also good.I realy cant fault the place that much for the Money we paid.Great for Familys with small and older children.The Bungalows are SAFE,CLEAN,SPACIOUS,and have good facilitys.NO AIR CON,but have ceiling fans.Thers a definate Dutch/Scandinavian feel about the menus at times,but thers always a wide choice and if ya want chips and sausage or... more

We had a very nice and pleasent stay at Parque Crstobal with my family (me, my wife, our son 6y, my wifes parents). Breakfast was more than you can hope for. Zurros, eggs, fruits, and more. Bungalows were clean and commofort. 4 times in week bungalow was cleaned and towls and sheets chanced. Even that Hotel area is in the center of everything it's so peacefull and trafic noise doesn't bother at all. I was a bit dubious about going to these apartments as nobody seemed to have heard of them before we went but we got a great deal so thought we would give them a try. The apartments have a great location, lots of bars and excellent restaurants in walking distance. Apartments themselves were lovely, we were in fact given a two bedroom apartment and as there was only 2 of us we had plenty of room to spread out. We had one week at this place and was very pleased with the stay. All apartments are small bungalows with a little terrace in the front. The surroundings was quite where we lived. The pool area had one large swimming pool and one pool for children. My 2 years daughter really liked the pool area. There was a pool restaurant there that we tried once, but the food was not very good. It was a 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach.

Spent ages trying to find a agent who could book this accomadation. When we arrived staff rude and said there was a problem with water in our bungalow (other non english speaking booking in beside us had no problem) when i asked what they where going to put us they pointed to a hotel they had already circled on a map. We tried to refuse but they had phoned us a taxi, when i asked how many nights we would have to stay in this other hotel they said all of our holiday. They then charged us for the taxi !!!! Spent months finding the perfect accomodation for our first holiday with our 8 month old daughter and choose two bungalows at this newly renovated hotel. Also my brother was celebrating his 50th birthday so he and his partner had tbooked the second bungalow.
