The Comfort Inn Kensington is located in the heart of fashionable Kensington, directly on the busy west Cromwell Road. Earl's Court tube, with its excellent connections to all parts of London, and the exhibition centre are just 10 minutes on foot. The small lobby is nicely decorated in light cheerful colors with a marble floor and art deco style rug in the centre, there is a small seating area to one side

We have stayed in this hotel twice before and expected it to be clean, comfortable and efficient. Sadly, this was not the case on our most recent, and probably last, visit.
