The hotel was exceptionally clean and the room was a good size. The Hotels room are decorated modern with all mod cons and superb flat screen TV.
The service at breakfast was very efficient and there is a large choice to eat from pastries to cereal to fried food. All served in modern comfortable surroundings.
The transports links are excellent however you wish to travel. The train station is opposite the hotel, the coach station is less than 5 minutes walk away.
Local buses into Westminster and on to Trafalgar square run every few minutes , and the nearest stop is only 1-2 minutes’ walk from the hotel.
Overall very good hotel , would recommend.

Beautiful hotel, new interior and excellent rooms, very clean and tidy. Bathroom was immaculate, something I find rare these days. Hadn't heard of the Hesperia before but would definitely look out for them again in future.
Breakfast was a full cooked English and served by friendly and attentive staff.
Booked through http://www.takethetowels.com/ with a theatre break, overall made a fantastic weekend for my husband and I. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone.

When you walk into the hotel, you are greeted by warm friendly staff. The hotel is clean and smart and is in a great location if you want to be near all the tourist attractions. Buckingham Palace is just round the corner!
The room was lovely, with a massive bed, T.V, tea/coffee making facilities, and a fantastic en suite bathroom.
The breakfast was probably one of the best I've had from a hotel. There was a wide range of foods, (cereals, fruit, cooked breakfast, all accompanied with fresh juice, and tea or coffee) with obviously a lot of thought gone into it. The staff who waited on us in the restaurant were more than helpful.
The only thing to let this hotel down, is a severe lack of night life! I don't know if we looked in the wrong places, but we couldn't find a bar or restaurant open after 11pm, although the hotel does have a very nice bar.
All in all, a lovely hotel which I would definitely visit again.

I stayed in this Hotel for two nights and found the room to be very clean and spacious. My room had a very powerful shower which was very relaxing for refreshing after a bustling day in the city.
You also had a nice TV, minibar, and free wifi in your room.
I ate in the hotel restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner and found it most enjoyable. All of the menus had a very good selection, the prices were reasonable and the service was excellent.
However, I did encounter problems with my key card. It was cancelled after my first night stay and I had to go to reception for another card, and again it had been cancelled after I had arrived back after a late night drink later that evening which I annoying. The reception staff were very apologetic and resolved the situation very quickly.
Overall a very pleasant stay and would recommend to anyone.
