I would not have booked this hotel if had I known it was a German run Hotel, all Entertainment was in German so was no use to us at all.The waiting staff in restuarnt were very rude and the staff at Reception Desk were not helpful at all.
Would not recomend this Hotel and will not be going back ,as for the same money there is much nicer Hotels to be found out there.

The only reason this hotel is a 9 and not a 10 is because the pool was cold, but it was April!!
This lovely Italian hotel in a brilliant position. Rite opposite a lovely long beach that stretches all the way to Magaluf, where there is brilliant night life, only a 10 min walk along the beach front to all the liveliness if that is what your going for. or pay a few euros for a taxi which pick you up rite outside the hotel, there is also a bus stop.
There are a few quite bars n pubs around the hotel but you don’t hear any noise.
There is a parade of shops and a McD's near by, very cheap supermarket more or less next door and a cafe for lunch.
Very friendly and helpful staff, but the hotel was full of Italians so all the entertainment was in Italian, plus all the guests.
Hotel was beautiful, very clean and big. Great indoor pool and small gym, lots of places to sit and play cards or relax outside your room, pool table near downstairs bar.
The food was lovely, a great selection, catered for most, buffet, very clean. Eat early if you want a seat though, its big but there always seemed to be lots of people in there.
I would recommend going in the summer as we had storms but there was still lots 2do and a sun bed place down the road!
Didn’t c much of the rep (only out clubbing) but we missed the welcome meeting.
A great place to stay for somewhere quite in the day, out of the way of hustle n bustle at night. A good position from Magaluf but stick to the walk along the beach as we got lost going the back way!!
If your going, I’m jealous.

After negative reviews on the site we were hopeful that when we arrived all would be okay. It was, absolutely great stay - the hotel is opposite the beach accessed through a security gate, in a peaceful position but right on the doorstep for the nightlife of both Palma Nova & Magaluf. The rooms are clean and spacious, as is all the hotel. The food is fantastic, plentiful, hot, varied - the plates are cleared away quickly. We went all-inclusive and the drinks were on tap in the dining room & behind the bar with tea, coffee & soft drinks always available. The staff that were described as rude and moody I think didnt speak much English but on the whole the staff couldnt do enough for you. The entertainment was very low key & there could have done with more sunbeds/parasols round the pool, but pointed this out to management & hopefully there will be more next year. Most of the guests are German/Dutch/Polish/French but that posed us with no problems whatsoever.
All in all - a wonderful place to stay and we will be back next year.
