My wife and i have just got back from a week in the above hotel. Stayed in room 318 which was top floor overlooking the pool. Because it was early season the hotel and resort weren't over busy. Room was great, clean with all the facilities we needed and a lovely balcony... more

I have just returned from a weeks stay at these apartments with my family. They are on the basic side , but were very clean. The apartments have 2 rooms with 2 beds in each which has its downside as you can only sit on your beds or out on your balcony.The cooking facilities... more

We have just returned from a two weeks holiday at the Planos Bay, and would never return.
They need to decide what they are! is it a club 18-30, Saga, Family, hotel!
All britsh staff, whom just seem to be there to party!
Ashame realy, as this could a great place if run accordingly.
