Terrible. This hotel is listed as a local 4* but this can only be based on the fact of things like hairdryers in the rooms and a pool, not the standard of the hotel.
This is on a very busy and noisy road, opposite a derelict hotel on the front. Mild building work on one side, back of the hotel where the bins are (and are collected very early in the morning) and then the tree crowded pool side which harbours many of the mosquitoes that are in this resort.
The kid’s pool had broken tiles and the diving board was on its last legs. The sunbeds, although free, were grubby and sparse. The food was decent but very monotonous. You are asked to pick the night before, like being in an NHS Hospital.
There is no entertainment and the satellite TV offered is only Italian - you have to pay to hire the remote for any other channels. The hotel is shabby and needs a drastic refurbishment. Our rep was GREAT and offered to move us but was towards the end of the holiday and we would have been charged.

Do not book this hotel! When I walked into the New Tiffany Park I knew I had made a big mistake booking this hotel - the carpets in the reception were dirty and all the furniture looked old and tired.
On walking to our room I noticed round all the doors was black mould - when we opened our bedroom door I couldn’t believe this was the 3* hotel advertised by Cosmos.
The bed spread had cigarette burns on it - the drains smelt - the furniture was dated - it looked like a prison cell!
Luckily our rep came to our rescue and found us a different hotel otherwise we wanted a flight home - this is the worst hotel I have ever seen and wouldn't give it 1* never mind 3* - be warned!

I have just read some of the comments on this hotel and feel like I was in a different hotel. I agree that the rooms were clean but the rest of the hotel was frankly grotty. Stair carpets were filthy, bathrooms stuck in a time warp in the 60's when it was built. and loungers round the pool were faded and ancient.
There was a grumpy manager on the desk and an even grumpier waiter in the dining room whose only concern was that we put leavings in the little pot provided at the table. I have yet to hear him say good morning or evening. A cooked breakfast was never an option and the food at night was pretty dire. My final meal from a small selection was salad, mushroom soup, tomato omelette and mousse (the best of a bad bunch) which is not exactly an inspired menu and not what I am used to in other countries and hotels I have visited of the same star rating. Also there was not enough of it and I ended up feeling hungry about an hour later.
I feel that it was expensive for a week here and it was not worth it. As for staff being helpful, I asked if I could have breakfast 10 minutes before 7am as I was being picked up at 7.20am to go on a tour and was told emphatically no. Which reminds me that I flew from Glasgow the day after the car bomb and arrived later than the hotel expected and was told that there was no food because we had not arrived at 8.30, the magical hour when everyone had to be out of the dining room as I later found out. This was after taking about 12 hours to get there and being told by the rep that there would be some sort of food for us.
Anyway, as you have probably guessed I was not impressed with the hotel and would not recommend it to anyone.

From the very first day of our holiday, we loved every minute of it! It was a last minute holiday booked with Thomson who were brilliant.
The hotel itself was decorated in an 80's style but don't let that put you off as it is absolutely spotless and no faults. The staff were all lovely and quick to help us if we needed it, and the best thing is our beds were as comfy as comfy can be!
The pool had the sun on it in the morning through to mid afternoon, so we loved to spend a day by the pool then get ready for dinner. The food was really good quality, although the drinks tended to be a bit expensive so try not to buy too many from the bar.
As there was no evening entertainment on the premises, we made our way down to the main shopping street which is pedestrianised after 8 o'clock so everybody is walking down the long road eating, drinking and shopping.
We were advised to make our own way to Venice instead of going with the tour company, but we found it was actually cheaper and better value to go with Thomson. We got a local guide taking us round the square, a voucher to get a cheap drink in the square, a gondola ride and shown where we could get a good value for money meal. I know for certain we'll be going back

The hotel is small and the staff are helpful. The decor is tired but the hotel is kept clean. The food choice and quality was very good.
The hotel bar is pleasant but there is no entertainment, however the resort centre is just a short walk away.
The pool is only in the sun in the morning which is a pity. Make sure you take insect repellent as mosquitoes are a problem in the resort.

We have just returned from a fantastic last minute holiday in Lido di Jesolo. Based on the reduced price we paid for the holiday we were very happy with this hotel.
On arrival ,the hotel looks good from the outside although inside it is stuck in a 1980's time warp and could certainly benefit with a revamp ! However on closer inspection it was very clean and you easily acclimatised to the red and white bathrooms etc !! Hotel was one road back from the main road of shops etc and was noisy with traffic however just a few mins to shops and bars and 5 mins to the beach in a very central part of the resort.
We were half board and breakfasts were rather monotonous although plenty to eat including bacon and egg if you asked ! Fresh pots of coffee and hot milk served to your table and the usual continental rolls, cheese, meats and cereal !
Evening meals were generally better with a waiter served choice of 3 starters, 3 main meals and 2 desserts which you chose the night before ! One of the waitresses was English and menu was offered translated in English too. Drinks in the hotel and at meal times were not cheap (although no pressure to buy) , we stuck to reasonably priced bottles of water.
Our tour operator Thomson were well represented by their rep that was very helpful. Thomson trips were good value and well organised - we did Verona and Lake Garda day trip and Cortina. We went to Venice using local bus and water ferry - get your tickets the day before - don’t leave it till you want to go and find the local tabac shops closed for lunch like we did ! Get the ticket for 15 euros which includes return bus and water ferry and also the waterbuses in Venice and Grand Canal too !
Resort felt really safe and the Italian ice cream parlours are a must - really cheap and loads of choice ! Our hotel had a private section of free deckchairs on the beach ( as did most hotels!) and the resort centre is just VAST ! We walked up and down the shops ( not just tacky souvenir shops but Italian designer clothes shops too !) , restaurants and bars every evening and never saw it all ! Bring comfy shoes as this is like a walking holiday !
Age groups mainly families with young children, who it is aimed at, or older couples ( not too many in their 20's/30's wanting a fun time !!) Drinks more expensive that England and no happy hours etc that we saw !!
Aqualandia Water park is an excellent day, includes free bungee jumping and scuba diving ( need to take photo ID with date of birth for bungee jumping)
Overall an exceptionally clean and organised beach resort we would recommend and go back to although would probably chose a 4* hotel e.g. Hotel Principe Palace in Mazzini Sq which was lovely.

it was a small hotel but the rooms were clean. also it is very closed to the long beach.
however the staff were very rude to us and the other tourists. we were so suprised about that. in our country, Turkey, you can never see this kind of thing in four or five star hotels. they even don't know smiling. you are treated like second class people with your own money.
i personally do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
