Me and a friend stoped at TRH apartment on the 12/8/10 till 17/8/10 just for a break and it was the bestest holiday ever the hotel was clean n the pool was huge to, if you are wantin to go on a girls holiday or a lads holiday its the place to be, it is noisy at night but ones you have had a drink u will fall into bed n not hear a thing, people with kids should just think about going some were elsa on a holiday not( MAGALUF ) inless that's what u are looking for ( A CRAZY TIME ).. when we was on holiday we went to see the PIRATE SHOW and it is realy realy good both men n women can watch it n enjoy it, and also try the 2 florida reasturant its just down the road from TRH on the right hand side ( next to the little shop next to the apartment ) also BCM is fab 2 make sure u go when u are on your holidays. we will be goin back next year for 10days or more this time as it was GREAT.. hope ya all have a good time there like i did..

Having just returned from these apartments me and my fiance are glad we are back home we stayed for 3 nights, on arrival we got a security box near the reception because we heard that the scurity box in the room was not secure so we paid 9 euros for the box for 3 nights. We went out on the friday evening came back and went into the box to get some money and camera untill i found my wallet had been emptied (£250) but the camera and bank cards and passports was still there so the only people to have access are the security and staff so as the boxes are infront of reception it can only be them. The noise by the pool is swearing and shouting by all the idiots and the music seems to be boom boom boom all the time. The noise in the morning starts about 4 am till 7 am. The rooms do have aircon and a dirty bathroom infact the only good thing about this apartments was the exit doors out onto the road. dont go here unless you want to be robbed and not have any sleep i have never given a bad review before but dont want anyone to go through what we did.

A relevant title really.....because my wife and i have never seen so many animals in 1 place. Yobs of ALL nationalitys behaving so badly that you don't even feel safe in your own room. My son and his friend(BOTH 17) didn't dare go into the pool because they were so intimidated by yobs drinking and smoking whilst in the pool.Constant noise throughout the day AND night,yobs coming and going and on ringing reception was told by a single security guard he couldn't do anything about it. We even moved rooms and the peace lasted all of 24 hours.Anybody wishing to stay here over the age of 30 should definitely reconsider....

Having returned 4 weeks ago from the TRH Palmanova, I can see why some may have complaints. However as a group of 5 twentysomething single females who were there for 4 days of partying it was ideal for us. This place bounces 24 hours a day which suited us as we lay at the pool during the day and were out until 6am. Didn't have much contact with staff but they seemed OK from afar. Safe in reception area is a fantastic idea and although they appear small they fitted our purses, passports, travel docs, iPods, mobiles and other valuables with ease. Apartments were basic but you get what you pay for. Beds uncomfortable but were hardly slept in, as are sun loungers but when you've come home at 6 and are at the pool for 10 and are feeling rough, they are sufficient enough to chill out on. You need to be an early bird to catch the sun loungers and the pool is heaving all day. There is a party atmosphere durin the day and the PR's are there for most of it. Beware of Deon (Lush Bar) and his sob stories unless you have your violin with you! The hill is a bit of a mission but it keeps you fit and can be tackled with ease after 8 hours on the strip or in BCM! Did not sample the food but admit menu was pretty basic and prices inflated. Ideally located, THIS COMPLEX IS NOT IN PALMANOVA!!!!! very much in the Luf and right on top of everything. Beware that rooms are not ready until 2pm, which was a shock to us as we had driven from Glasgow to Manchester for an early flight and were there from 12 noon, having been up all night. Overall, basic and suited to the party minded tourist as there is significant noise levels 24 hours a day! I am a firm believer that a holiday is what you make it!

This hotel is fantastic.there are just no rules what so ever. i went as part of a group of 9 girls. and we could literally do whatever we wanted all week, and no one ever kicked up a fuss. before going out on a night, we found it a really fun to throw coco pops as people walking past! we suggest that you try it!
However it definitely isnt a hotel for families, people who enjoy sleep, or for people looking to stay in palma nova, as the hotel leads directly onto the main strip.
The music by the pool didnt stop until around 11 at night, at would have started again by 7 in the morning.
if you have a balcony that is level with a roof we suggest you throw a roof party. we went to one that was hilarious!
but seriously its a fantsatic hotel for teenagers and young adults, NOT FOR FAMILIES.

I read the reviews before I went to Palmanova last week, and I conclude it is almost true as described, not a getaway for families and couples. There are both bad and plus points.
Rooms - No room service everyday. About 3 times a week. I suspect the bed is infected with bed bugs, me and my partner had itch for days. Had to ask to change bed sheets. Kitchen utensils were not very clean, abit rusty. Keep the kitchen counter clean or it'll be ant infested. A/C does not work (since its a cheap hotel).
Privacy - The hotel is very noisy especially at night. Drunk people shouting across the rooms and streets until late night, sometimes till 5-6 morning. Never had a good nights sleep in the entire week. They bar by the pool blast the speakers from morning 9am till late night about 11pm. Every noise is clear from the rooms.
Facilities - There is free wifi service at lobby, can't access in room. Swimming pool is alright, quite clean. A bar by the pool for drinks.
Location - I must say Palmanova has excellent location compared to many hotels. It has a Spar shop below the hotel, 5 minutes walk down to the AlaPlaya beach and restaurants n pubs n clinic. Very convenient. Only downside is the 100m steep hill to the hotel. Take it as an exercise :)
Overall, hotel is basic. But location is great. Noise level is terrible. Suitable place for party animals. Couples who enjoy partying might enjoy it too. Enjoyed the holiday despite the downsides. Will go back again, but probably another hotel :)

This hotel needs to clean up its act or become an 'adults only' accommodation. Just had a week here with my young family (not by choice but was moved here as our choice was double booked). You will not get a single nights sleep as the pool is occupied all night until at least 6 am with noisy drunks screaming, swearing, running around naked and throwing poolside furniture in the pool. Im not a prude but i think witnessing a couple ******** in the kids pool in the mid-afternoon is going way too far!! Drunks swaggering around in the pool with glass bottles in the afternoon, young girls just flashing FULL frontal on request, drunks throwing up in the lifts and stairs and just crashing out wherever they land and all were british! Security was non-existent and the staff were not interested about complaints, saying 'this is how it it is here'. Personally i think the staff were frightened of a back-lash from the rude rowdy british drunks. Never before have i been ashamed to be british!
However, this hotel is ideally located between Magaluf beach and Palma Nova beach and everything is within walking distance, shows, golf, restaurants, beaches, bars and clubs. Yes, the hill is steep but no problem if you're reasonably fit. Towels were changed regularly (apart from weds/sun) but thats the extent of the cleaning, suppose the cleaners are too busy cleaning up the the vomit plastered about from the night before.

If you are staying here i warn you now!! Do not leave any valubles in the room as they WILL get stolen! We had £200 stolen from our room, and we werent the only ones during the week we stayed here. We perosnally thought it was staff so be carefull! Overall, if you are young and love getting drunk and being loud all night this is the Hotel for you!! Have Fun! (just keep all money on you at all times:))

Where do i start!
This hotel seriously needs to review its nuisance and anti social behaviour policy.
Dont get me wrong im up for a laugh and a party but when obnoxious, rude people are allowed to shout, swear, kick down doors, smash glass and be a general pain in the backside until 6am there is a problem here.
I stayed with a group of 6 girls for a hen weekend and did not get one wink of sleep. An hour would have been nice.
Anyway apart from this issue the hotel is clean and the rooms are average. Pool is nice but the sun loungers are uncomfortable.
Beach is no far away which is really nice in the daytime.
There is plenty to do in the evening with loads of bars and clubs. Drinks seem to be given away so does not have to be an expensive one.
Some nice resturants within the resort. Never had a bad meal.
I would not recommend this hotel if you have children.

what a dive this place is,the one point is for the one cd they have at the bar,but after sitting at the bar and listening to the same songs over and over again even they get boring,so add this to the terrible room,with no heating,broke for two weeks reception said,the only view is trees outside with no sun getting in the room,creaking doors,hearing everything outside including the cd,the food is cold,no lids on the food!!!!!very poor menu,meatballs with chips anyone? A waiter who hasnt got the brains to know if you have a key that means your staying in a room at the hotel,hello,coffee cups are dirty,only once in the weekend we stayed did they change the sheets and towels,i have been on quite a lot of holidays and this so called hotel is the pits by a country mile,PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE
