This is a great family run hotel that sits right on the edge of Loch Lomond. We stayed over on a Christmas Break, and fun was had by all.
I woke up in the morning looking over the water, often left the window open to listen to the waves lapping on the shore outside my window, and took advantage such festivities as Christmas stories by candle light.
Food was very good, wine equally as delicious, and the staff were very friendly. I thoroughly recommend a visit if you are in the area, but a Christmas break can be quite demanding on the pocket. After all they are giving up their holidays as well.
So to recap. Very Good Food, Wine, Staff were very pleasant, and scenery great.
