I stayed at the Forum beach hotel for one week with another couple. We had booked two rooms but when we arrived they only had one. The receptionist said that this happens very often and to make sure they offer you some good benefits to compensate. read more

After viewing the hotel on the net before going I was slightly concerned. To be honest I now feel the photographs did' t do the hotel justice. Luckily my party managed to get our apartments on the beach, there was only 7 so that was good.

We booked our holiday with Thomas Cook, they showed us the forum beach in the brochure but when our tickets arrived it said the forum apartments. I complained to Thomas Cook but they would do nothing.
