Beautiful spaceuos villa,in a very quiet rural location. Ira shares a driveway with villa Athina next door but this was not a problem as there is plenty of parking space in front of each villa. The open plan living dining room and kitchen are locate across the front of the villa overlooking the drive; also on the ground floor is the double bedroom with ensuite and the biggest patio I have ever seen. On the patio was a table and 6 chairs ( at least 4 such tables would have fitted in the space with ease.)
Upstairs are 2 further spaceous twin bedrooms with ensuites. Everywhere is kept very clean and in good working order.
The pool was great, but with only 1 set of steps at the "deep "end this could be a problem for poor swimmers.
The pool is at the side of the villa , down half a dozen steps and across the driveway( to the caretakers accommodation,) and the whole area is concrete or paved.
The only real fault I found was with the toilet bins in the bathroom (toilet paper doesn"t go down the loo) We had to ask the caretaker to empty them, when they hadn"t been emptied for 4 days!! He did empty them straight away however once asked.
I would certainly recommend villa Ira and would love to go back, but if you have children in your party then villa Athina nextdoor might suit you better.(both villas sre idetical but Athina"s pool is on the same level and is surrounded by a garden )
