Read a lot of reviews about Jasmine beach, good and bad so decided to go with my instinct. As a family of 4 (2 children 5 & 7) we had a brilliant time. Arrived about 11.30pm and taken to our room by a young man, we walked past the main pool bar which was in full swing, and i thought that was a sign of things to come, how wrong was i! Our room was right at the back of the hotel, 2 floors down from the roof top pool so was nice and quiet. The room was basic but live able for the 9 nights we was there. The next morning me and my daughter decided to take a trip in to Bodrum, the bus stopped directly outside the hotel and there was 1 every 10 min or so. I wanted to find a big supermarket and told the bus driver this, we ended up in the main bus station and made our way, with the bus drivers directions to the supermarket, well i could not find it any where so decided to head back to the bus. the driver was the same one and noticing we had no bags asked us where we had been, i told him we couldn't find it so he walked with us to the supermarket! I thought that was so thoughtful of him. We would sit round the roof top pool every day as it was quiet, both kids learnt to swim and made friends, when it got too hot my son used to go and sit at the bar with 'Batman' (Staff) and play on his DS. Every night we would go to the hotel bar or walk along the sea front to dream for pre-dinner drinks. The men selling roses you just have to say 'no thank you' and they get the hint. I cannot recommend 'Cassablanca' enough,! The food is excellent, price good and the staff are lovely! The only thing bad i can say is the beach is terrible! I'm a beach person so i was gutted, one day we did catch the bus to Bitez which was lovely, all the sunbeds are owned by the bars, they don't charge for them as such but just buy a drink, we also found it was cheaper to get a taxi. We also went on a boat trip which was brill, all inclusive with 5 stops in the clearest water, the kids loved jumping off the boat! Also the water park in Bodrum, DO NOT GET TICKETS FROM YOUR REP!! they will rip you off, there are millions of places selling tickets. I loved the place and would definatly go back! Never seen so many friendly people, we all had the best holiday!

stayed at the jasmine in sept, looks a lovely place but health and safety risks, tried to cook breakfast 2nd morning turned on cooker and got electric shock i reported the problem to reception, the cooker was never repaired.
The bed sheets and towels were changed twice in 11 days
and the toilet tissues emptied on these occasions but no other cleaning was done.part containers of food was still in the fridge on are arrival.but the worst part of the jasmin is the FLEAS around the main pool area which is also the bar area and restraunt area, the flooring is like a green felt carpet which allows the fleas to live on guests feet and legs. Been there fed the fleas had electric shock.would i recomend this place only to a flea circus

I have just come back from Jasmine Beach and have had a fantastic time! The staff were lovely and entertainment was great. My sister and myself had a relaxing Turkish bath, which is well worth paying for.
I HIGHLY recommend Dream lounge restaurant and bar, we went there nearly every night and went there for breakfast a couple of times as well. The waiters their are so attentive and Mario (the manager) is fantastic! It is just a short walk along the beach coast from the hotel.
If you're planning on going on one of the excursions then definitely go on the boat trip! Just past Dream, over the bridge, Harry has a little stall and it costs £16 each. The food was lovely and the boat trip was both relaxing and adventurous. The driver that takes you to the boat from the hotel is absolutely gorgeous!
- Advice: Go to the Turkish night on a Thursday and have the Turkish bath.

Me(17) and my partner (19)arrived at the Jasmine apartments, at around 2am in the morning, and we were greated by a drunken couple slumped outside the resort, at first impressions I instantly just wanted to go home.
We were given our room key which said (Room 4), and the couple which we'd been speaking to pointed in the direction of which our room would be. They also warned us instantly of cockroaches due to being on the bottom floor of the block.
Not one member of staff showed us to our room, instead we had to rely on what the other couple had told us. After a good 10 minutes we found our apartment and swung the door open. My boyfriend insisted this wasn't what we set our minds or hopes on as all we could hear was the booming music from the pool bar. Whilst he set off to see if we could move rooms, I decided to have a look on the balcony. When i moved our curtains I was disgusted to see that there was a group of drunken lads, lying on out balcony floor, "Alright love" and began waving at me.
We were shown 2 more rooms at the other end of the resort, one being one with a double bed, a bathroom and a single fridge placed virtually in the middle of the room! However, we finally decided on the last room we were shown, Which to be fair wasn't that bad (although our so called "sunny sea view" was instead that of a brick wall).
The rooms were generally ok, however, my boyfriend being a plumber isntantly knew things weren't right when we had pools and pools of water after the shower, and an incredibly horrid smell which almost always filled the room.
We asked for towels and when the lady said 5 minutes it took her an hour and a half and 2 more calls to reception before we finally recieved them, which wasn't too great when we had no other form of towels etc.
The top pool is absolutely lovely and the people that work there try their very hardest to make your stay pleasent. To me it seemed as if it was more of a management problem rather than anything else.
Theres a guy that works here, he's known as 'Batman' - He's really lovely, and we spent most of our time at the resort just talking away to him and fellow holiday-ers at the bar.
The turkish baths which they do at the park are absolutely gorgeous we paid £20GBP each and got... Turkish bath, Sauna, Foam Massage, Peeling, Bronzing Oil Massage and face mask. This in my opinion was really good value for what you get and felt so relaxed afterwards!
Don't be fooled by the politness of the hairdressing salon, I had hair extensions done in here, it looked lovely at first but I soon realised it was just all about getting you in and out and getting your money. The nails which they do on the park at the salon, aren't great either, a young girl which we met on the resort, went back 3 times to keep having her nails redone as they kept falling off. It seems if anything can be done cheap then they will make sure they do it.
The surrounding areas are generally pretty good for sightseeing etc. We found most resturant owners were really pushy and would grab you by the arm and tug you into their resturants. I'd recommened 'Dreams' as it is really good food, along with good prices too! The owner 'Mario' (Super Mario) is really friendly and makes you feel really welcome instantly. There is also a guy called 'Sam' also known as 'Soloman' and he is also really friendly too!
DON'T TAKE ROSES FROM THE MEN ON THE BEACH! There are quite a few lads which line the route along the beach every night, as soon as you take the rose and bracelets which they say are 'FREE' and they aren't! They ask for tips several times and even when you do give them something they still ask for more. In my personal opionion, just don't make eye contact and don't stop walking!
Overall, The holiday was generally good, however I wouldn't recommend it for couples or families which want time to get away for a quite break. It is really loud at nights and Is more for people who want to be out getting ****** till early hours of the morning.
- Advice: Travel up to Gumbet town and explore the market etc!

Jasmine Beach may once have been a great Hotel but not anymore. Your holiday enjoyment will entirely depend on which room you get allocated. In our case it was actually 2 hotels down in the Siesta Hotel. We refused this as the Bar noise was earsplitting at 1am. The next room in the Jasmine was tiny airless and had no balcony or view (30 foot wall in front of wire covered window.) We finally unpacked 2 days into the holiday and ignored the leaking taps, shower that drained all over the floor and air con unit that leaked so badly that we used all the pans to catch the water. (£30 p.w.) The cleaning staff did work hard, but worn sheets with torn pillowcases were the norm.
Each morning there was a queue of people in reception demanding room changes and the staff were obviously used to this.
The main pool was always packed with not enough sunbeds. and the 2 small pools always had every sunbed taken, we never managed to get one in 1 week. The Tropicana next door was far nicer and had genuinely nice staff unlike the jasmine where the barmen were 'fake friends' and only chatted up and served young girls.
The Hotel seems to aiming towards the 18 - 30 holidaymaker.
Most photos of the hotel are of the few new rooms at the top of the complex and are not representative of the Hotel.

im 13, and this was my 5th time in turkey, and i have to say, Jasmin Aparts was probably the best hotel i've ever been to. I dont understand how people thought it was expensive; if you work it out, the prices in turkish lira are roughly the same as in english pounds!
the rooms were good; and maybe a bit noisy but music went pff at 2 o clock. staff were very friendly!even when we had to change rooms because of someone not being happy with the sleeping arrangements.
would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.. loved it!

Taking everything into consideration our 14 days were okay. The maid service was excellent and any problems we had were sorted out immediately. The food at jasmin beach restaurant was very good.Staff were friendly and assisted when asked. There is a noise from the bar at night but nothing to moan about. Finally we would go back again but would like a room with a view.

We stayed at the Jasmine last year in sept,we enjoyed it very much, so we booked again for this year. The room we were given is not the room we asked for ,when we booked 5 months before hol.the room was right at the very top near a small pool,on the 2nd floor, walked in very early tues morning,so we were very tired, the kitchen on the right ,if you can call it that.opposite a wardrobe, then 2 single beds, next to kitchen was bathroom, good size, but the sink water did not go down ,it took 5mins to empty, the room which was very small got very hot.light switch for bathroom hiding behind a unit,we moved it. then found we could not get on to balcony, so moved unit back, the balcony very tiny over looking another balcony 3 feet away.did not unpack, asked to be moved,no rooms available til thurs, the room we were moved to was alot bigger but on the ground floor which we wanted a higher floor, every time you used the shower or sink the bathroom floor flooded.was reported, nothing done, only used kettle, which we had to ask for,the rooms quite clean but could be better.,the maids this year only emptied bins, changed towels 3 times in 2weeks.the bed 3times,sheets not ironed, the balcony not swept in 2weeks,same piece of cotton on floor, the music is very load even after midnight,Entertainment ok, ITS a good location for beach opposite. With clear water,we HAD ALL OUR MEALS at THE WINDY BAY,a few minutes walk down the beach path, they could not do enough, warm friendly greeting, polite, and the FOOD WAS GREAT Value for money.they rememberd us from last year.On the path opposite windy bay, there is HARRYs BOAT TRIPS,Island tours only £16 each for a day out 11 to 5pm,drinks free all day included and dinner,a lovely man.had a good time.Market day in Bodrom on tues, bus stops outside hotel,2.75 tl,each way, each.BEWARE of pick pockets in market, does get packed.the shops in town are good and lots of them.GUMBET a lovely place to stay, plenty to do,but think twice about staying at Jasmine ,the plumbing needs sorting,
