Me and my family recently visited marmaris and we stayed at blue palace apartment it is wonderful self catering in a quite location near to the main road shops and the beach

My wife and I booked this con trick when we arrived we were told that they had an apparment else where for us. I stated that we booked this hotel and I was not going any where else as we had looked it up on the internet and thats why we chose this hotel. We had no choice but to go along with this con trick and were moved half way out of Mamaris. After many phone calls to our agent in England we were told after 15 hours of traveling and waiting the best they could do is to move us back to the Blue Palace the next day after 1pm I told them where they can go and sorted out the problem myself.
The owner of this hotel has 4 hotels and when you book the Blue Palace he will shift you around like cattle I found this information out from the driver that took us to one of his other hotels. in the week we were there we found out that there were 4 other such cases like ours. We booked so we could be near the sea front not next to the edge of Marmaris.
I know that I can claim conpensation but I dont want to travel 2000 miles for a bad holiday
So do not book this hotel you wont know where you will land up!!!!!!!

Had a great 2 weeks at the Blue Palace it was a last minute booking, we weren't really sure what to expect. The apartments are basic but very clean the girls work very hard and are very friendly. Tom, John, George & Paddy are fantastic nothing is too much for them. Tom I am missing going for a swim with you in a morning, thank you for all your help & your incredible good humour, even when I burn toast and set fire alarms off (sorry to anyone it woke up!!) The Blue Palace has so many visitors going back to stay year after year, that alone tells you how good everyone is there. Ideal location in a quiet neighbourhood but not too far away from everything. The pool is small but guarentees you get to know everyone, my 15 year old son made friends easily. I wish I was back there,1 year seems a long time to wait. Good luck to Tom, John, George & Paddy hope to see you all next year.

We have just returned from the Blue Palace appartments, We had the time off our lives, when we pulled up at the appartments we were not very impressed, but ! we were so wrong we had the best holiday we,ve ever had. the location was great 5mins away from all the action but just far enough away to be able to sleep of a night (quiet). The staff were very nice John the bar man George the cook and Tom were all great the rooms were very small but clean, you get wot you paid for I would tell anyone to book there car'nt wait to book for next year, Marmaris Blue Palace here we come. 10:10.

we went on a last minute decision myself and 2 daughters 20/10 yrs. the apartments were clean and did exactly what we wanted them for eat sleep and wash. the guys who work there just cant do enough to help nd nothing is too much trouble.
george even cooked us supper when the kitchen was closed as eldest hadn't felt too well to eat earlier it was much needed and appreciated.
we are going to turkey again this year hubby wants to go a/i but we are working on him to go back to blue palace and use extra cash u pay for a/i for meals out, so hope to see u al in august guys

the hotel was spotless it was really clean the staff was realy plesant i had a amazzzin time i whould love to go bk there every 1 loved it the pool s are really clean so are all the rooms the air conditionin was great thank god xxxx xxxx jemma

Just got back from a lovely 10 nights at the Blue Palace. The room was just right. The lift was a bit scary though. All the staff were absolutely brilliant. The cleaning ladies were lovely and so too were the lads (who must never sleep). Nothing was a bother for them. They were there when you got up and were still going in the early hours. I would definitely love to go back. Thanks to Jon, Alex and George for making us feel special on our holiday.

Me my best friend and my 4 year old son are just back from The Blue Palace had the time of our lives, we've been to marmaris b4 but never to this hotel will defo be going back next year. the rooms are basic but what more do you want when your only in them for an hour a day but they do the job, the pool is on the small side which on the first day i thought i was going to hate but soon became to love it as was never over crowded and i could keep an eye on my son better than a larger pool. Every1 who staying in the hotel soon become to know each other and the atmosphere during the day is fantastic with everyone chatting and having a few drinks in the sun never a dull moment. The food is lovely we hardly ever ate out and the bar is open 24 hours which we took full advantage of Alex would try to get everyone to be quiet but after 30 mins of trying to shut 10 laughing girls up he gave up and joined in lol. The staff are so nice and are really helpful at any time of the day bar george to is a real pain in the u no what. The hotel is 5 mins walk to the beach and all the good bars.
Made some really good friends here and was sad to leave.
Dont worry about bad reviews this hotel is EXCELLENT and would recommend it to anyone.

Hiya,
Just back on Monday from an absolute fantastic holiday at the Blue Palace, Marmaris.
It was me, my friend and her four year old son and we had an absolute ball, loved every minute of the holiday and the hotel and its staff made it all worth while. We wanted for nothing throughout the stay and the staff we're really friendly and always went out of their way to make sure we were having a good time.
All guests got on well as staff were including everyone in everything within the hotel.
I will definitely be ruturning next year and can't wait to see them all.

I go to Blue Palace every year and I love it! The staff cannot do enough for you and they are so friendly. The rooms are always kept spotless and the sheets are changed daily, the maid even adds her own touch by putting flowers on your bed!
I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to come to Marmaris, a tip though, stay away from john he is a PERV
