Very nice hotel. Very clean and staff very nice & helpful. Pool is not massive but a decent size. I went with 4 other lads, all English and we were the only English in the hotel but the Germans were fine. Very much a German resort but still a lot for English people.



Great shopping area, the strip seems to be never ending. The food in the hotel is the best all inclusive food I’ve ever had. It was a very good standard with a good choice. It's a nice cheap holiday and it's what you would expect for under £300 all inc. Rooms were fine, staff were fine, pool was fine and dining area was fine.



The hotel is a stones throw away from the gorgeous beach, where there are even more shops and bars. It's never ending. There are your usual water sports down on the beach etc. It's not the cheapest place to be in all the bars etc but that seems the way with just about everywhere nowadays. Damn Euro!



The only thing that got at me a bit in the hotel was there was always only 1 person working behind the bar. In the evenings this could be a bit of a pain because it can get really busy, sometimes taking 10 mins to get served. And it's only 1 drink per person at a time. Half pints of San Miguel don’t last long!



All in all, I would recommend it to anyone. Had a great time there.

Excellent value for money, staff lovely, food great. Hotel clean, pool freezing but ok in the afternoon. Hire a fan from reception at 1 euro per night, then you can shut the balcony door and block the noise from the disco outside.



We had an excellent time and would recommend this hotel. Hotel and resort is very German but there are English bars. Entertainment within hotel is minimal but the public rooms are airy and quiet. Our fellow guests all seemed to be chain smokers but the dining room is non-smoking. The beach is 2 minutes walk, sea and sand appeared to be clean.

The hotel needs a lot of work doing to it. The rooms are very outdated and all the doors need replacing. I wouldn’t advise any English people going here as this is mainly a German hotel. When we went, there was only one other English family.


The cleaning service in the hotel needs severe improvement along with towels and sheets etc. Although they were clean they were full of holes and were in desperate need of replacing. The pool area was very nice and was clean. The tiling surrounding the pool became quite dangerous when wet.


The food in the hotel was brilliant, I cannot fault this at all. There was supposed to be daily entertainment in the hotel, again this was very poor. The entertainment provided was mostly in German.


Finally the staff were generally very polite and helpful.

Serious amount of work needed to bring this very German hotel up to a basic standard! Rooms fairly clean, but very shabby with broken tiles in the bathroom, and the towels were very grey and badly worn, also the rooms where unbelievably small!



Staff extremely unhelpful, was offered a candle as a light in the bathroom when the bulb blew, finally had to accept an electric lamp, it then took 3 days to get the bulb replaced!



Children’s entertainer was abysmal, and regularly left in a huff when no-one took any notice of her!



Reception staff where rude and ignored our complaints, bar staff where sloppy and always ignored the children when they tried to get an ice-cream, which regularly run out!



The cocktail bar right opposite our room provided extremely loud music until at least 5am. The all the clubbers arrived home with plenty of shouting and door banging!



The delivery lorries arrived very early in the morning, causing the whole room to vibrate!



The pool area was fairly clean, but deadly when wet, my daughter actually slipped and split her lip on the metal handrail leading into the pool! Sunbeds where never available due to other guest reserving them with their towels and selfishly not turning up until midday to use them.



The dining room staff where very good, but the choice of food was poor, we were actually served deep fried cauliflower and vegetable spring rolls for breakfast on one occasion, sadly there was a lack of fruit for breakfast.



Would seriously advise against going to this hotel.
