The hotel and staff cannot be faulted. We arrived after a four hour delay at Manchester to be greeted by friendly and efficient staff. Our check in was smooth and went with out any problems with porters to take us and our luggage to our rooms. Our room was in the far blocks... more

The hotel was lovely. The staff couldn’t do enough to help and the resort itself around the beach, although limited to the hotel was beautiful. The sea was a bit rough, not suitable for young children and it meant the kayaking was sporadic, but it didn’t really matter.... more

We had planned doing this trip for 2 years, and eventually got there, the hotel itself is fantastic looking, food and staff were super. Being youngish is fine as the rooms are quite spread out over a large area and it is a 5/8 minute walk to the main part of the hotel but... more

Good hotel, fantastic weather. Beach was a bit rough but it was pleasant. The excursions to stay in the jungle overnight then fly over Angel Falls and visit Canaima National Park the next day are a must for everyone before they die. Galloping on the beach on horseback... more
