I booked my holiday through last minute.com, and it was the most stressful check-in I have ever experienced due to lastminute.com not communicating all of the details correctly. Consequently we nearly missed our flight because of having to run around the whole airport trying to locate our tickets only to discover we had been told the wrong flight when booking the holiday.
When we arrived at our hotel we discovered the next day that we were not expected by hotel and consequently another couple were relocated for 1 night due to overbooking by lastminute.com.
The hotel was lovely, A small hotel so close to the beach you walked straight out on to it from your room. Fabulous friendly staff from the owner Kosta to the bar staff theresa and yanis. Our room was more than adequate and very peaceful. All in all a fantastic holiday even with the mix-up at airport on both directions as on return we were not even booked on flight.
I have given holiday a marking of 8 due to lastminute.com incompetence however had it all gone smoothly it would have received a 10.
