This was our second trip to the Sana Metropolitan and would definitely stay there again. Book your taxi through the hotel for airport pick up as they're much cheaper than those operating from the airport itself
Situated in a quiet residential area the Hotel sits between 2 metro stations each approx 15-20 mins walk (tip - use the university metro station as no hills to walk up/down). Approx 20 minutes to the centre of Lisbon by metro the hotel is also near to Sporting Lisbon's ground (5 mins by metro).
Whoever designed the interior of this hotel had a great eye for detail right down to the automatic lights in the corridors. The hotel is modern, stylish, very comfortable and immaculate.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and we must mention the new Assistant Manager Nuno Preto for his warmth and consideration and the bar staff Pedro (x2) who both remembered us from our previous visit and welcomed us like old friends.
