The management and staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. WE arrived in the early hours of the morning and on booking in were informed that they had put sandwiches and drinks in our room, that was a nice start and the service continued to that standard the entire holiday. I really enjoyed my stay.

Dont hesitate going to this hotel as it has been re-built and is only 6 weeks old. Excellent location and facilities, food was lovely, entertainment was traditional for Turkey. 2 great bars with excellent staff, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were out of this world! Plenty of space for all your luggage etc! Grounds and forest were lovely, plenty of space to wonder, relaxing hammocks dotted around for your afternoon siesta! Only 200 yards from centre of Hisaronu but you would think you were miles away, suitable for all age groups young and old. All in all a fab holiday and wouldnt hesitate to go back!!

Me and my boyfriend have just returned from a weeks stay at the green forest hotel in hisaronu! We had an amazing holiday, we got there at 4am and were greeted by two members of staff who had 2 boxs with sandwiches inside for us. our room was brand new, with flat screen t.v, air con that worked perfectley and was exceptionally clean. the food was buffet style and you would never get bored of it. there was a different variety every night and was all fresh and very tasety! the staff were very friendley and couldnt do enough for you. the pool was enormous and very clean we sunbathed around it most of the week as the temperature was about 45degrees and therfore too hot to want to do much else but swim and eat. the town was only a 5 minute walk away and the beach of olu deniz was only a 10 minute bus ride away which the hotel provided a free shuttle bus there and back throughout the day. overall a brilliant holiday already booking again for next year! 10 out of 10 holiday!!!

We stayed in Green Forest Otel for our honeymoon in August 2009. We were apprehensive as there weren't many recent reviews since the hotel was refurbished in May this year. We arrived in the early hours so all was very quiet but was pleasantly surprised with what we saw on arrival. The hotel grounds and rooms are spotless and very modern. The rooms are modern with en-suite, tv, safe, a/c and balcony, with no extra costs. The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff friendly. The hotel is all inclusive and we found plenty of choice of food every day in the main restaurant and also the snack bar which was all freshly cooked and very nice . We only stayed a week so not sure if it was the same menu each week but with so much to choose from we're sure you wouldn't be bored. There wasn't much entertainment but the bar stayed open until midnight and there were a few nights with Turkish dancers etc. During the daytime the was a selection of water polo, shooting, basketball, football,gym, sauna or playing pool as well as just chilling by the pool on a lounger or a hammock. The hotel is a five minute walk from Hisaronu which is full of shops, restaurants and bars which come alive at night. There are plenty of day trips which can be booked in the town and you will be collected from the hotel which are exciting or relaxing depending on your choice. We would fully recommend this hotel for families or couples of all ages. Don't forget to barter in the shops!

I had a really lovely time at the Green Forest, the food was good, only criticism would be that the bar choice was limited. The location is fantastic because despite being so close to hisaronu itself, the hotel is a five minute walk from there and all we could see from the hotel itself were the trees and the lovely mountains. If they can expand on entertainment and drinks for next year that would be great! My partner and I got engaged whilst there and the staff were lovely, we had a very memorable engagement night and it will stay with us forever.

We had seen the hotel in April prior to it being opened in May and were impressed by the quality look of the hotel.We booked on the Saturday as we were flying out on the Monday,because we thought the price was a little high.On arrival we were told our room was not ready ?? with no time of it being ready,we were not even checked in and given bands so we could get a drink or anything ? We think they could not find the paper work due to booking 2 days before. When we finally got our room after a 45min wait and a bit of demanding to see the manager we were more than happy with it even though it was in the bottom corner near the pool.The room was one of the best we have ever been in,free air con,flat screen tv,power shower,plenty of space to store your clothes,every item bedding.cutlery,cups,saucers,bedding all emblazed with the green forest hotel.Every item was of high quality,rooms cleaned every day,towels changed every day. Food This has got to be the best food we have ever tasted breakfast,dinner,snacks,evening meal,ice cream,cakes it varied every day and the selection was wide.People like our selves read reports and make what they want of them but you have got to taste it to believe it. Pool A fantastic pool and surrounding area,only one downside no umberella's.When we go away i like to be under a umberella my partner likes a bit of sunbathing.The way the pool is set up would mean us being two different parts to satisfy our needs. Restaurant Like the rest of the hotel it is stunning.The only small fault was the staff never reset the tables after people had used them,if you sat at a table you then had to go and hunt out the staff to get any cutelry. Bar we only ever used the pool bar we never saw the english pub open,the variety is limited (as is normal in turkish all inclusive) A lot of the time the wine was left out of the fridge,and were simply told we have no cold wine ??? Entertainment Very limited at night,during the day we were hardly there to sample what went on but the guy that was running it never gave up and was always around to help.We heard that two of the other entertainers had recently left and not been replaced,hence the possible lack of entertainment. Leasure Their is a sauna,jacuzi turkish bath we never used so we cannot comment Setting Even though it is on the edge of the Hisaronu (5 minutes walk to the centre) it is set in a pine forest (hence the name) with views to make any one happy. Their is a free bus down to olu deniz 3 times a day We heard that the hotel was not scheduled to open this year and it was a late decision to do so. The only real gripe we had was that a minority of the staff do not match up to the quality of the hotel or normal turkish hotel staff who would do anything for you at any time(that is what we are used to) no matter what quality your hotel is.

We booked to go to tMontana Pine but they had over booked and we were sent to Green Forest for two days. We were very impressed by the hotel. and decided to stay for the full two weeks. The rooms were very modern and clean the pool was great and the pool area. The food was very good and varied every night. The staff were very nice and very hard working. We only got back yesterday and read the previous reviews.All i can say is the hotel was fantastic, in a great location and i would most definetely go back.
WHAT A BEAUTIFUL TRANSFORMATION from themawdsleys
We have recently been and viewed this hotel. It has been totally demolished and rebuilt to an exceptionally high standard. The manager took us around the whole hotel and I think next year it will be awarded 5 Star rating. The rooms are extremely contemporary and modern adding a very lavish feel to the hotel. The pool area is large and spacious with lovely sun lounges with padding. There is a very relaxed feel about the place. There's also a fantastic kids play area which is all new and very modern, bean bags to relax on also. There is even an english pub and a cake shop. Ignore any reports about this hotel from previous years as this is a completely brand new complex and i would certainly recommend it to anyone who is wanting a bit of luxury and pampering. One of the best options for families in the area! from deereyes
We stayed at the Green Forest for three nights. It was a very pleasant experience. We took a family room which was super clean and had an overall modern decor. There were two flat screen televisions. The room had airconditioning and two balconies that overlooked into the courtyard. The bathroom was great, no complaints. We didn't deal a lot with the staff but they all appeared to be friendly and hard working. They had a free shuttle that took us to the beach and, if you ask, they'll even drive you to Kaya Koy. Their pool was large and clean. Of course, the hotel is all inclusive- breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was delicious and changed every night. The hotel seemed to be newly built and it was a great value! We'd stay here again.

My husband and three kids have come back from an amazing 3 days, we booked last minute two days before to be exact. Our first choice was Olu Deniz but we could not find anything, the girl at holidayclick recommended this hotel saying, that the old hotel had been bulldozed down to the ground and to ignore all the bad reviews, i was so worried, but she assured me all would be brill and to call her if it wasnt. So off we went, and oh my god, our jaws were scraping the floor thats how wide they were, it looked lovely, everything was brand new, our two rooms were next to each other and were made everyday, everything was shiny and new, it was so brilliant. Food waz brilliant everything was just brillliant, we were very happy to be there, we were only a few there at the time, going back in September

This hotel has been fully gutted to a high standard and had only been open a few weeks when we arrived. It was relatively quiet due to the time of year and being newly opened. Tufan, the catering manager, and his team are amzing and really made us feel at home and the food really was great. The location was perfect for us because it was only a few minutes walk to Hisaronu centre but its periferal location made it nice and quiet. It is situated in forest land and the views are stunning. Well recommended! x
