Club Cala Millor Aparthotel

This holiday was with my partner and his family, from as soon as we arrived we realised that we had been placed in a German based hotel. The receptionists at check in did not even speak any English so took us about 10/15 minutes to check in. This was a great disappointment to us. The check in area was disappointing too having to walk through an old push door, which was hard enough with your suitcases. When we finally got o our room we were quite impressed apart from the fact that the beds were really uncomfortable and the beds came apart so you couldn’t share with your partner properly. The sheets were horrible and itchy too. Our rooms were only cleaned twice all week which I found disgusting. Every hotel I have ever been too the rooms are cleaned every day.
Food
The food selection was appalling, only serving 2 main meals for your choice and either chips, mash or hard potatoes. The meat looked like it had been chewed and spat out again. Really was awful. With all inclusive you expect a great selection for having paid the extra.
People
We found the people who were all German very rude, they always stared as soon as we walked into a room/by the pool and new they were commenting on you. There was only one other English family and they found the same as us.
Staff
The cleaning staff were rude. They didn’t speak a word of English, only German. They burst into our room 2 times without knocking and walked straight through even though I was trying to get her out. My partner was getting changed at the time and the cleaner just walked straight past me and didn't listen.
Overall this holiday was a waste of money for me. Why place an English family in a hotel where they only cater for Germans? It’s ridiculous. I'm advising you to never go there. Was the worst holiday I have ever had.
