Well some of the staff were very nice and would take interest in you however the lady on the reception was very rude to all the English children when I was there on holiday. The receptionist banned all us English kids from playing pool because of some... read more

I think the staff at the hotel where great and very accommodating. The only gripe I have is that it is primarily a resort for German tourists and sometimes found it difficult to understand people, but we got by and enjoyed it there.

On arrival the sleazy hotel manager took a shine to myself and my friend and upgraded our room free of charge.
