I think the staff at the hotel where great and very accommodating. The only gripe I have is that it is primarily a resort for German tourists and sometimes found it difficult to understand people, but we got by and enjoyed it there.
The room was fine. The food was ok. I'm vegetarian and it wasn’t really catered for, but if I was hungry there was something. We did frequent the bars around the hotel and found them to be cheap and clean, especially the bingo bar. The host and hostess were very friendly and the friendliest people I have ever met abroad. Great couple.
The pool was great and the grounds very clean. I have no complaints about the overall appearance and running of the hotel. I will be going back next year.

On arrival the sleazy hotel manager took a shine to myself and my friend and upgraded our room free of charge.
The room was fine, so long as you liked sharing it was dozens of mosquitos. The Hotel grounds were lovely, and the swimming pool was great. We were able to get goods drinks regularly at the pool bar, but if you wanted a snack....forget it. We were told they served pizza, so we asked for some, which turned out to be basically cheese on toast! The 'restaurant' was tiny and food severely limited. There were approx 5 trays of food to choose from, and for dessert there was watermelon.
Many people were complaining that their children would not eat anything, so they provided chips. The bar inside the hotel was never used, only the pool bar was open. There was absolutely no entertainment whatsoever. Despite going all-inclusive and being entitled to free drinks, we had no desire to stay there in the evenings. Luckily we met some very nice people there, and we went along to the local bars each night.
If you're going all-inclusive, do not waste your money here. This was the worst AI hotel I have ever been to, and every person we spoke to while we were there, expressed the same feelings.

Well some of the staff were very nice and would take interest in you however the lady on the reception was very rude to all the English children when I was there on holiday. The receptionist banned all us English kids from playing pool because of some strange reason.
However we paid for 14 nights all inclusive and we only got 13 as we got our bands and our room taken off us at 12 o'clock and there was 3 children who were all under the age of 16 and we didn't leave til 1:40 on Thursday morning so we didn't have no room or any facilities apart from the pool in the hotel till we left.
The snack bar facilities are PATHETIC it says you can have a pizza and a sandwich but really your only aloud one or the other. At night there is no entertainment what so ever so we went across to a bar called Paul’s cafe bar that was a lovely place and they were friendly unlike the ones in the hotel.
I couldn't really fault the rooms or the pool it’s just the way you got treated differently towards what the Germans did and it STINKS if you ask me! I wouldn't recommend this holiday resort to anybody unless you want to be either paying or your German because you will get treated better than all the incluslve guests...... if I was you go some where else because its a living hell in there.
