It is true that we have very few rooms without private terrace, are only five of the 177 that hotel but the hotel was fully booked and we could not change rooms. The loungers on the beach and pool are free of charge for guests staying at the hotel, but you have to provide the room number in your reservation so you do not charge you to use it. Dear Customer, First of all, I would like to thank you for choosing our establishment to enjoy your vacation. I deeply regret that this impression will take about our staff, the truth is they are great professionals always try to offer the best of everyone for our customers. Regarding the comment made about being American customer, I would like to inform you that this year has been more than 250 customers in the USA and we had no problem with them, on the other hand, they have expressed their satisfaction and happiness for the service received. We have WIFI available in public areas free for our customers, maybe if you tried to connect outside these areas, the connection that week was not good because we were changing the systems to improve the connection. Our gym is open Monday to Sunday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. I think that you went to the North Golf Course in Guadalmina because the South Golf Course, where is located in the hotel, we even have a private exit for our guests from hole number 11, which is next to the beach I would like to offer to return to our hotel so we can change the image that was our establishment. Regarding the comment that makes the high prices of our restaurant, I would like to inform you that we are on the average of a 4-star hotel in Marbella. We can´t compare a bottle of water consumed in our hotel watching the wonderful view over the Mediterranean Sea with a bottle of water bought in a supermarket on the road. I would like to inform you that the average stay of our guests is 7 nights, so many of our clients do consider us a hotel for long stays. Dear Customer, First I would like to thank you for choosing our hotel to enjoy your holidays. Thank you very much for the comments he made regarding the pool, our beach and the facilities in general. I would like to explain in detail what you don´t like. More than one month ago is no longer difficult to find the hotel since we have temporary signs until the works will be finished. We have changed the hotel beds in the rooms and we put new plasma screens in the room also. Sorry if you took a bad impression of our waiters, the truth is that they are very good professionals who have many years in the hotel and most customers are happy with their care. Our Sunday buffet, rich in tradition and well known in the city, not a 4 star hotel, I can assure you that it is better, in our category hotels you can´t enjoy with Iberian ham, fresh prawns, veal chops... With regard to the spa, the pool is not heated, is a dynamic pool specialized heathing treatments, not for swimming. Finally I would like to inform you that we have more than five television cameras in our garage for the safety of our customers.
