NH Marbella Hotel

Spent two nights here in June. The hotel is modern and clean with good sized rooms; staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little bit away from the centre of Marbella but it is only a short walk to the beach. Pool area is well m aintained, with plenty of sun loungers. Good quality continental breakfast. I would stay here again.

Ive stopped here twice now, in June 2004 and in August 2005. Very pleased with the room and bathroom on both occasions, but like the other reviews have said the balcony is a bit on the small size and there arent many sun loungers available. There is a bit of a building site next door (ground level) but you dont really notice it until you're walking past, so it doesnt really spoil your stay in any way. Its not too far to walk into Marbella. Takes around 30 minutes. I would recomend this hotel even though it does have a few small problems.

Transferred to this hotel from NH Alanda due to overbooking problem. Room was very dark with a small balcony which you could not sit out in as it was so small. 17 Euros daily charge for parking. Swimming pool area extremely poor next door to the car park and a building site with a crane overlooking the pool Limited sun loungers, about 6, bar area unattended. Definitely not a 4*hotel.
