The hotel was very nice with big spacious rooms and they were cleaned everyday. you had to pay for air-conditioning at £4 per day which could work out expensive after 2 weeks. The hotel itself is situated about 3 miles from Marmaris town and beach.
There is a bus service which is cheap (30 p) 1 way and will drop you anywhere you want but the bus don’t go up the hill as far as the hotel. It will only drop you at the bottom and then there is about a 500 yard walk up the hill to the hotel which is steep and in 40 degree heat is not good. This hotel is not ideal if you intend going to the beach a lot or to town.
But if you enjoy staying in the hotel and not going out much it will be ideal for you. The staff are pretty good and will help you as much as they can. The food and drink is ok and quite cheap as well. Overall holiday 7/10.

Fantastic hotel with lots of activities to do. Oscar and the entertainment team were excellent and this hotel was a brilliant place to stay.
The new half board option for 2006 was a great idea and the food was really tasty. Only draw back was the flies but what else can you expect in a hot country.
This hotel was lively and fun and my daughter of 9 loved every minute that she was there. Already booking up for next year.

It was our first trip to Turkey and our first holiday with our 3 year old so we were slightly nervous - but it couldn’t have been better.
The apartments were great. Spacious, clean and the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful.
Excursions, weather and the food were glorious. Shopping in the market is an experience.
Would recommend the resort and the hotel.
Hope you have fun, we did!

The apartments though quite a way from the beach and resort ,were very clean quite spacious. The maids looked after us for the whole two week stay. The staff were friendly but overworked. The pool area was great for the kids and they were in it every single day all 3 of them.
Getting from the hotel to the resort was so easy with Dolmus buses stopping just down the hill every ten minutes and only costing one lira[40p] they will drop you off anywhere you ask.
The beach although narrow is very long and ideal for the kids. Watersports are excellent also.
Best buys are the designer gear handbags, shoes, clothes. So take an empty suitcase.
I would definitely go back to Marmaris it was a fantastic holiday.

Absolutely amazing. Waiters and bar staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Always making you laugh and generally having a good time. They are happy to give you any help you need and even teach you Turkish, if like me, you need it!!
Hotel rooms varied in size but all were equipped with the basics. Good views and lots to do. For instance, lilo races, football tournaments and pool competitions. Pool bar open until roughly 3 each morning, and then again at about 8am.
Bar street fantastic, but also very busy. Mainly young people and queuing is quite bad. Take a Turkish person with you and they let you walk straight in though!! Drinks are quite expensive at about 7 Lira for a bottle of local beer, but generally great fun.
A holiday that was well worth the cost. I would say to anyone, if you get the chance, GO!!!!

We arrived at about 1am at Club Seray but were made extremely welcome by both the staff and our Thomson holiday rep.
The room was lovely with a terrific view of Marmaris. The pool was wonderful but you have to be careful when walking around the edge of the pool as it is very slippery.
And also, there is about 30 sunbeds that are snatched up by 8 o’clock every morning. People get up early and leave their towels on the sunbeds and go back to bed. The rep told them not to but the problem still occurred.
The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome all the time. The food in the restraint is great as well.
Nightlife in the club is fantastic. When we were there, there was a Turkish night and a snake-charming night among with other things.
It might be a wise idea to bring ear plugs with you as, if you don’t want to go down to watch the evening shows, and you plan to go to bed, the music is pretty loud from the rooms and may stop you from getting to sleep straight away. Apart from that, our holiday was fabulous!

I went to Marmaris on the 15th of July for one week and stayed at Club Seray Forest and it was my first time in turkey and I loved it I come back on 23rd of July and it is now the 25th of July and I’m looking for a flight to go back on the 29th of July.
I got to my hotel at 12.30 at night and the Thomson rep was there to meet us she was lovely a real good help if u need her 4 anything the hotel was beautiful the pool was really nice and all the staff was friendly and worked very hard.
But when I booked the holiday I wanted to be in the centre of Marmaris but this was the best looking hotel but it was a little bit out of town but this was very good as once u went home to sleep it wasn’t noisy.
The entertainment in the hotel was brilliant and then after that they ran a free bus that took u into town which was very reliable and the drivers were very pleasant.

We booked our holiday a week before we were due to fly out. And got allocation on arrival at the airport.
We were really pleased when it turned out to be Marmaris. The place is fantastic and has everything for all ages. The people are so friendly they cannot do enough for you. One drawback is that the waiters in all the restaurant hassle you to go into there restaurant every night, and they will not forget your face if you promise to go in another night.
The weather was terrific and the bizarre they do once a week is amazing. Everything from Leather to Gold, the choice is fantastic and they always want to barter, the Turks love a good barter.
The beach is very very small which is a little drawback, but with the tours they have over there you will not find time to go on the beach. I recommend the Turtle Beach tour which lasts for most of the day and incorporates as many as 6 other islands including lunch all for around £10 each which is excellent value for money.
I would recommend this resort to anyone, don’t forget BAR ST near the harbour which as it says is a street full of bars. Happy Holidaying

Booked this holiday 10 days before departing, it was a Thomson price breaker so we didn’t know which hotel out of 3 choices we would be allocated until we arrived in turkey, was a bit nervous but am really pleased to say, the hotel was ideal.
Slightly further out than we had hoped but there was no problem in getting into the hustle & bustle whenever we wanted, there was a courtesy bus from the hotel several times a day plus the dolmus buses ran all the time (30p) as for the hill, well to be honest it wasn’t bad, the hotel was lovely and clean our maid was lovely (room 215) all staff - reception, bar etc were great very helpful, also Oscar, Sergio and grace the entertainment team were fab!
Pool was clean - had no problems with the sun beds, didn’t matter what time we went down we were able to get them! Would certainly stay in this hotel again, and will recommend it to anyone! Thanks!
