Gran Hotel Elba Estepona & Thalasso Spa

On a recent trip to Spain looking for, and thought we had found the perfect location, to un wind with my wife and 10 year old son at the 5* Hotel Elba & Thalassic Spa Estepona.
Having paid our £1600 to Last min.com for a 7 day trip flights not included, the last thing you would expect was to be told next morning, stood there waiting to go for a sauna, that to use the facilities Sauna Steam room or Jacuzzi, it will be a further €30.00 per day per person on top of the accommodation.
So after paying € 1500 in flights, £1600 in accommodation, the hotel still tried to exert a further €630 for the use of the facilities we had come there to use.

So please explain 5*, surly a decent 3* hotel has the utilities of a pool Jacuzzi Sauna Steam room at no further expense.
And upon Check out of the Hotel numerous items had been placed on our room bill, hence another discussion during our check out.
Definitely not a place we shall return to. Hence we have booked not far away from the Elba Hotel at another Spa, where yes the basics are included. So guess where we shall be for Easter 08?
