myself, my mother two daughters aged 14 n 12 ,n my baby son aged 20 months are just back from here ,we arrived on the 28th july for 10 days we left on sunday the 7th august,on arrival i had to pay 50 euro for a cot which wasnt even in the room, 10 euro for remote for tv n 10 euro for remote for airconditioner, that was 70 euro b4 i even left the reception at check in, if ur disabled or like me had a baby there is nothin but steps,steps down into hotel steps up to pool steps up to the lifts which r tiny,the bar is self servicewhich was ok as there were no queues at all ,everyone just took wotever they wanted , the food was ok just same almost every nite ,room was clean enough beds made every day (bar a wednesday) floor was never brushed or washed the whole 10 days, at the pool it was a nitemare to get a sunbed even if u were dwn at 8.30am , my mother got threatined by a french man over a sunbed and for the last 3 days of our holiday he give her the most dirty looks n spoke insultin things in french everytime he seen her which actually distroyed our holiday at the end , THIS HOTEL is mostly french people so i dont know why its advertised to english people as there were very few english people stayin and like me they couldnt wait to leave ,never ever again ,,,,, STAY AWAY unless ur fluent in FRENCH and can put up with their ignornant manners

We had a brill time. A party of 8, 40 to 60 year old brits (and were young at that)and like a drink. Bedrooms were clean and very roomy. The food was as good as you could get. If you have a problem with the food your fussy. From salad to sea food to pasta and veal and sweets that bare no description and 2 to 4 choices per sitting etc. We all thought it was excellent value for money. The all inc bar had the local lager and loads of spirits, sangria, cheap champagne all on tap and every liquere you can think off and its serve your self with no queue. Cold meats were there all day and were changed regularly by the pool side and bread and cheese were abundant. If you go there plz visit the Amigos bar and feed the sparrows. Raffealle has a brill local bar and a "manuelle" sense of humour to match. Ask for a pint with not too much snow on de roof. Say hello to maria his wife who does amazing food. All in all a fantastic 11 days, will defiantly go again.

me and the wife went in oct and were a little concerned about some of the reviews because of the last holiday we had al inclusive but we were really pleased although it rained the whole week we were there ( and it flooded the hotel) it was still 1 of the best holidays we have had. The hotel was only 20 mins from airport which was ideal, we arrived b4 our room was ready but were given our wrist bands and said we could go and get some food and drinks which is just what we needed, the food was great plenty to choose from and as much as ya liked always a choice from pasta, fish,meat chips salad to a wide range of deserts. breakfast was served at a good time which was great and a choice of full english, cereal or fruit.
the drinks at the bar were great there was lager on tap and plenty of spirits to choose from and it was a self service which i loved there were also snaxs thru out the day if feeling hungry, the glasses that u use are only small plastic ones so yr up every 5 mins getting a drink but its not a problem.
the rooms were lovely and clean and the maid was in 6 days out the 7 to tidy around and leave clean towels.
the pool was lovely although i never got to go in it there is no smoking in the hotel apart from yr room and outside, there is only 2 things that i would say were not so great about this hotel and they are the entertainment could have been better and this hotel is no good 4 people in wheelchairs or have trouble walking cause there is stairs to reception and to the lift.
the hotel is situated in a great location 5 mins walk to beach, shops and bars, all in all we thought it was well worth the money and are looking to book for next year we loved it.

I'm totally shocked by the bad reports, I was with 9 other people (age ranging 4 to 45) and every one of us enjoyed it. The hotel was clean, our rooms cleaned every 2 days, fresh towel every 2 days. Most of the food was great, somethings were not to my taste but you could always find something nice, everyday there was something different. The funteam were brilliant, great fun. The snacks were nuts, crisps, lots of times there would be chips kebabs, sandwiches, biscuits, fruit. The self service bar was brilliant never a queue, every drink (soft and alcoholic) available, we found the staff very helpful, they offer paragliding, jetskis, banana boats, etc all at 8 euros each, alot cheaper than on the beach. Location is excellent, We all like it that much we are already thinking of booking again next year.

This hotel has been the biggest disappointment of any hotel I have ever booked. First of all do not be fooled by the attractive pictures of the hotel, It looks nothing like those displayed. It is very small and smells awful, the rooms are very basic and again look nothing like the picture shows. We booked a family room for us and our 6 year old daughter and 2 year old son for 10 nights. The single beds provided for my children were camping beds and colapsed with my children in them numerous times durng the night. During our stay the cleaner only ever made our beds 3 times and changed our sheets once, I had to complain and ask at the reception desk for clean towels. On our first night we had o pay a deposit of 10 euros for the remote for the air conditioning, which never worked we complained on the first night we asked for someone to have a look they told us we wold have o wait till the following day. The follwing evening we had discovered nobody had looked at the air con so we had to complain again we were basically told to deal with it, the staff on the reception were very rude and bad mannered. Because the air con didn't work we asked them to provide a fan they said we had to pay 6 euros per night for it which wasn;t refundable. The restaurant had a very strong smell of fish and and the food was awful, Most days pork or sausages were served with chips unless you like salad which has dried out. The food was awful and on two ocasions under cooked. The hotel information shows pictures of an attractive looking slide for children which goes into the swimming pool but it doesn't show you a full picture of it, the frame of the slide was actually built with wood which was rotting and it wobbled as you went down it. The lifeguard was absolutly useless and ddn't pay any attention to the swimming pool, she spent the majority of her day looking at men, adjusting her bra straps for the sun and doing her hair. The entertainment was appauling there was nothing to do during the day apart from the kids club for the children between 10 and 12.30 but they do nothing but draw pictures. The evening entertainment consisted of a half an hour mini disco for children which was the best part of the stay because the fun team were fab, they were very pleasnt and very good with the children but the entertainment that followed was pointless. The self service bar they offer is very small and smells of rotting chese. Apart from the toilets in the hotel rooms there was only on toilet in the whole hotel so you can imagine people fighting to go to the toilet in the evening. Every single night we were kept awake untill around 5am because of people coming in from the local nightclubs. On our 1st night there was there was a group of girls running up and down the corridor shouting and screaming and nothing was done about them, this continued for around 2 and a half hours. I would definately not recomend this hotel for a holiday it wa dirty, full of cocroaches and other then the waiters and childrens team the staff were very very rude. If you go here your children will be very bored and you will be kept awake all night by drunken people rolling back in at all hours. The only good thing about the hotel was the location, it was very close to the bars, beach and shops. I am a 23 year old woman so I do enjoy a laugh and but this hotel took the mick it was terrible. I would warn anybody who was considering staying at this hotel to rethink and look at another hotel in the area. The other hotels in the area were absolutly stunning. I would rate our overall stay at the Panama 2/10.

Just back after a 1 Week All Inclusive holiday. Had an excellent time!
Do not listen to the negative feedback - It nearly put me off going my holiday! After reading some reviews, was not looking forward to it at all! When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised!
5 minutes walk to the beach, just around the corner from shops / restaurants. 10 minute walk to Magaluf. Great selection of meals for breakfast/lunch/dinner All-Inclusive drinks on Tap Self-service. Outdoor pool, Rooms cleaned daily with a daily supply of fresh towels. Hotel clean.
Last year we booked this hotel for a measly £240!! Definately great value for money. Booking up to go back next year.

awfull place can't eat the food, its dirty, entertainment crap don't go here i give it 1 star

Couple aged 66 & 62 - just returned from 10 day AI holiday in this hotel.Basically, for the price paid, was good value. The hotel is old but clean. Food good but restaurant basic & small (a bit of a bun fight).Nice pool area with help yourself snack and drinks bar. Unfortunately some guests behaved badly leaving food and drinks all over the place and, as everything was plastic they left a considerable mess which was unfair as there were plenty of rubbish bins.Some people just need a lesson in manners.However, BE WARNED,this hotel is popular with groups of hen and stag parties out for a weekend booze up. We did not sleep for the last two nights due to gangs of morons who turned the hotel into a 24 hour war zone. Bad language, loud music,fighting & damaging property.Never seen such bad behaviour. The hotel did nothing to stop it.WILL NOT GO AGAIN !!
