This hotel is in a good spot in a lovely resort, but with staff who seemed intent on providing terrible service. All the English guests that we spoke to compared it to Fawlty Towers.

This hotel was one of the biggest and most welcome surprises. I had booked a last minute week with a friend to go and have some time reading, chilling out and not being a mother. This was the perfect place.
