This hotel was amazing, we and 17 family and friends stayed there for our weedding in May 2006 and couldnt have asked for anything more to be done for us, staff are amazing, facilities a second to none, very very high standard, nearby are a great selection of restraunts and bars, however you dont hear any noise and we were right at the front of the hotel!

food in the resort is well priced and lovely, however the Greanada next door is fantastic-good homecooked meals.



the only thing stopping this hotel from being 5 * is the lack of entertainment, however this was never a problem due to the location, 10 min walk into the centre of Kos Town, past touristy shops etc.



if you are considering this resort- GO, you will not regret it!!!!

This is a fantastic place! I don't think I could fault it at all. We have just spent two weeks here - myself, my sister, my daughter of 17 and son of 8 plus our two friends. The accommodation is modern, spacious and extremely well maintained.



The housekeepers work incredibly hard not only in the rooms but in the public areas - the whole place is spotless! Towels changed daily, linen changed every other day.



Our room overlooked the pool and gardens which were beautifully kept. The pool and sun beds were cleaned every morning by the housekeepers - don't try to reserve your sun bed with a towel before 8.30am - it's not allowed!



We had room service dinner one evening on our terrace - food was excellent - and had lunch on the bar terrace which was also superb with lots of choice.



As for the Bar - what can I say! You will never meet another man like Sakis the Barman- they broke the mould when they made him! What a character! We had many great evenings at the bar which were life changing experiences! Sakis will serve until the last man (or woman) falls over.



This doesn't generally take very long if you drink the cocktails (which our friend found out), or the wine spritzers (as my daughter found out). The measures are VERY generous and drinks are reasonably priced - certainly no more expensive than any other bar/restaurant.



Steven's Place is an excellent place to eat - family owned and spotlessly clean with extensive menu choice and very friendly staff.



This is our third visit to Kos but first time at the Aegean Houses - we are already in the process of booking for next year! I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone - it suits all ages. You will not be disappointed.
