My boyfriend and I are 20 and 21 and we visited Ibiza for my 20th birthday in July. After reading reviews on here of Tres Torres I wa s abit worried it might not live up to what everyone says but it was lovely from the outside and gave a great impression once we were indoors. The staff were friendly and the ladies on reception both speak excellent English (one is scottish) and we were checked in very quickly. The hotel was bigger than I was used to and we were in room 208. I had requested a sea view room but we got a view of a car park round the side and if u leant over the balcony far enough you could see the harbour! The rooms were nice but still quite basic. I expected in a 4* to have a oduble bed but still 2 singles pushed together. There was a large wardrobe which actually had hangers and a good sized dressing table area and I was very pleased to find a plug socket next to the mirror which seems to be a rarity these days!! There was a fridge which you had to 'rent' for 3 euros a day but once we got the key it wasn't really very cold, just chilled but cold enough for water and after sun! The bathroom was very nice with an actual bath and shower and very well lit with a big mirror and sink with space for all your toilettires and they have free shower gel, soap etc. There is air conditioning but this goes on by a switch on the wall and only stays on for an hour. Luckily my boyfriend being an electrician managed to fiddle the fuse board so we kept it on all day but I wouldnt recommend it! The pool area was nice and clean and there were alot of free sunbeds but we did sometimes struggle to get one in the sun -there tend to be alot of annoying people who get up at silly o clock to put their towels out but we put ours out about 10am and the sun had moved over them by the time we sunbathed (about 12). The pool itself is quite small which was annoying as towards the end of our stay it was school holidays and kids wanted ot put their lilos in it and play games which there isn't really enough space for! The bar at the pool serves a wide menu 1-3.30 and after that serves basic things like toasted sandwiches and burgers. The drinks and ice creams were quite overpriced - 12euros for a cocktail we could get for 6 most places outside the hotel and over 2 euros for a glass of water when you could buy a 2l bottle for 1.40! We chose the B&B option as I like to explore in the evenings but the breakfast was amazing. We were definitely spoilt for choice with everything from croissants, pastries, breads, cheese, ham, cooked breakfasts, cereals, fruit, yogurt on offer and it was help yourself so you could eat as much as you could! Only negative is it was served 8 - 10.30am and being 'youngsters' we had to set our alarm for 10. It could have done with running a bit later, even just 11 seeing as they have no lunch to set up for. Saint Eulalis itself is gorgeous. I had been a few years ago with fmaily but being 20 I could appreciate the property, food and area a bit more. There are plenty of restaurants - we never had to go to the same place twice - and plenty of lovely little bars and shops to browse or drink in after dinner! I would definatley recommend the gelateria on the corner of the promenade towards the marina and a restaurant calle mezzanine which is opposite the pacha shop - we had the best meal of our holiday in there. Taxis are also fairly cheap and you forget how small the island is. We got a taxi to Ibiza Town which took about 15 misns and cost about 20euros. We made the mistake of going on a saturday so all the locals were out and it was very busy but it depends what kind of place you are looking for. Now we had a lovely holiday but it was ruined on the last day by the cleaner stealing my stuff. We didn't get a saftey deposit box as I never have had one (I guess I'm too trusting!) but I went to put a bikini on and firstly it wasn't where i left it, then when my boyfriend found it the cleaner had moved it into my suitcase on the floor and the top was missing. I reported this to the reception thinking the cleaner may have picked it up with some towels and she said she would see if they had found it. I heard nothing. Not content with stealing my bikini, I had my phone stolen. I had left it on my bedside table (along with my brand new watch, designer purse, and my bfs psp and wallet were on his side) on the last day when we went to sunbathe and when I came back to pack it had gone. I packed/unpacked and turned the room upside down but never found it. We reported this again to reception and the scottish lady told me if the cleaner found it she would hand it in (she is not going to "find it" in my room!) and she was generally not very helpful and didn't really want to acuse her staff of it when I didn't take it out my hotel room once!! All in all, I'd say the hotel and Saint Eulalia were great, and we are thinking about moving there in a few years but I would definately say look after your belongings!
Hotel Tres Torres, fantastic!
from pachachik
We stayed at this hotel on 20th July 2007 for 10 days. My husband, daughter 15 and her friend and our daughter aged 4. The hotel was very nice, clean, the staff were very friendly and the food was absolutely gorgeous - the menu changed daily. If I was to critisize the pool area is small but you could normally get a sunbed. The room 210 with sea view was fantastic. The maids were very friendly and came in every day. The location is great near the harbour and the promenade is lovely to walk along at night. There are lots of shops, bars, restaurants etc. You really couldn't ask for any more, I would highly recommend this hotel! If you have children there is no childrens club or place where there is a pool table, but outside the hotel there is more than enough.
Good location, nice food, only okay rooms

My partner and I visited Ibiza last summer and had a lovely relaxing time. The hotel was very welcoming, with complementary drinks as soon as we arrived. They also had our room ready soon after arrival which was way before check in time. The location was good, right on the marina which was very pretty. Just a short walk from beaches and many restaurants. The food was great - always a huge choice and the service throughout the hotel was brilliant. We did not spend very much time by the pool because it was so small but it was very quite. A lot of the people who stayed at Tres Torres were older couples/ groups. However, there were some younger couples too and I would recommend the area and hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. The worst thing about the hotel would have to be the loud air con units in the rooms - we don't spend much of our holiday in the hotel room so could put up with it. Would come here again.
Brilliant location

Let's get the negatives out of the way. This is no 4-star hotel. It is 60 years old and has limitations. The rooms have basic furnishings and limited facilities - no tea-making, only english-speaking channel is CNN and air-conditioning goes off after an hour and has to be manually switched on (an inconvenience during the night). The refrigerator is really a mini-bar so is chilled not cold. But that's the room - how important that is, depends on the individual. It didn't bother us at all, but intending visitors should be aware of these limitations. The pool is rather small and there are days (a lot) when there are no spare sun loungers. You'll have to do the towel/sunbed/reservation thing at 7am. There is no space for the hotel to put more beds. So that's the way it will stay. Everything else is brilliant - just like all the reviews say. The important things like the immaculate cleanliness. The small number of staff and every member of the team treating everyone as important individuals. We never once had to give our room number when asking for the key - all staff remembered. Food is of the very highest quality and variety - you won't consider eating out when you stay here. Really. The location has the WoW factor, overlooking the marina. It's at the best end of town, which is quiet, totally litter-free, no cats and dogs roaming around and indeed no mosquitoes, wasps or even flies. As with many marinas, some bars can be a little pricey . Try the Dona Ana - English staff, very friendly, helpful and lunchtime snacks of really good quality. Oh and good prices. Next door has really good entertainment on evenings. The hotel guests seem to be mainly aged 50+......and yes everyone speaks to each other. If you like a smallish hotel where good service, good food, friendliness and cleanliness are important, rather than an ultra-modern room with all the bells-and-whistles, you should stay here. You will NOT be disappointed.
*Small Relaxing Hotel * Perfect Location

My Husband and I have just returned from a 5 day break at this Hotel. We are both in our 30's and we were almost the youngest there! But I loved this Hotel. It is perfect with everything on the doorstep, so you can decide if you want peace & quiet or something a little up tempo! The Beach is really only 5-10 mins away - and its lovely. Personally one of the things I loved about the Hotel was its old charm, yes it's not super modern, but it clean and well cared for, and the staff are all super friendly, and it makes a difference from all the other super size hussle and bussle hotels in Spain at the moment. The Food was lovely, not stacks of choice but everything perfectly cooked, and I found it lovely (even being a vegetarian), my husband loved it, plenty of fish, and fresh produce. The down side for us was the Hotel Bar was a little expensive for drinks, so we headed out to the Harbour which has lots of bars and restaurants, and its reasonable; The Mirage bar is very expensive, nearly double compared to the Bar next door, Bar Donna Anna, which is English run, and all the staff are friendly and the drinks are loads cheaper - the food is good too! There are other trendy bars, like Liquid etc.. which have lovely views across the Harbour. Back to the Hotel, yes the pool area is quite small, but again its in contrast to the Hotel which is quite small, but we never had a problem getting a bed, and every two beds had their own Parasol. All in all - it was our first holiday without children and it was idealic - peaceful - friendly and good value. Well Recommended. If you do have any problems with your Air Con - ask at Reception they are more than happy to resolve, as all the rooms seem to be on a timed air condition system.
Can't wait to go back

I've been visiting Ibiza for the past 20 years (progressing from San An to the quieter resorts as my age has progressed!) and Tres Torres, in Santa Eulalia is a wonderful place to holiday. Having been disappointed in the past with descriptions of hotels being 'near the beach or amenities' and only to find that you have to catch a bus, we were delighted to be right beside a beautiful marina, and then approx 5 minutes walk to the beach. The bars are wonderful and the shops are good too. The staff in the hotel were the friendliest I have come across and it was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. There were no children; the average age was probably 50+. The food was amazing. I've stayed in a lot of hotels both home and abroad and this one perhaps doesnt 'look' like a four star, but it certainly behaves like one!
Tres Torres
from RTP234
I did quite a bit of research (Trip advisor, friends, websites etc) before choosing the Tres Torres but was satisified after it that it would be a good hotel in a good area. It was good in one or two respects but overall, it was pretty disappointing. Firstly, having done quite a bit of travelling with my work in the UK, the Tres Torres would NOT in any way be a 4 star by UK standards - more like 2 - 3 star. Rooms were small, very basic, sparse, noise insulation was non existant and the a/c was basic. When next door used their bathroom/had a shower/had the TV on, you really knew about it ! When the entertainment was on at night, you heard every single lyric/word in your room right up to when it stopped. I was told the hotel was 2 mins from the beach whereas in reality it was more like 10 to 15 mins. The pool was small and to be competely honest, was far less than one would expect from a hotel that positioned itself as "4 " star. The people in the hotel were very nice which was probably the only positive of the trip. So in summary, the hotel was basic, primarily for people aged 50+, small rooms, some distance from the beach and absolutely no where near a 4 star standard hotel. Hotel personnel were very nice but sadly, this do not make up for the downsides in the hotel.
nice hotel

Stayed at this hotel for a week and had a very nice time.Buffet menu very varied, friendly helpfull staff , very clean. 5 minute walk into Sta .Eulalia centre and if you manage to get a sea view room I am sure it would be lovely. Sunbeds on left hand side of pool do not get the sun till lunchtime. Entertainment was every other night and good we had a singing duo, a comedien and Flamenco dancers.Would recommend this hotel.

Lovely friendly hotel
from JACKNORMAN
This hotel is in a superb situation, overlooking the marina, and not far from the beach and centre of santa eulalia, and the prom runs by the back entrance which runs the whole length of the resort. The staff are very good all round, the entertainment is reasonable on 4 nights per week, bearing in mind the size of the place, and the thompson gold hotel is just a short walk where the entertainment is excellent. avery pleasant stay with good food , in the best resort on the island, with a good bus service to other resorts.
