Aparthotel Jabeque

I can only express my own shock at reading these lines left by our guest. I do actually recall the day my Front Office manager told me about the guest leaving and in the process loosing his deposit. Acording to her the guests left without so much of a reason behind their early departure besides "We have found something better" and she was as taken aback as I feel now reading this review. Certainly there is no excuse for finding a full trash bin in your newly taken apartment and I´m the first one who would have loved to hear something about this incident when it happened instead of taking away my tools of fixing the problem and anguish of our guest by just departing with no feedback at all. As it is I can only guess now on why such a horrible find was in an empty apartment that day, which could come from a room change gone wrong, awful understandard cleaning, etc... About the "dark, dingy and dusty" remark, well, I guess everyone is entitled to their opinion and everyone has its own particular views on this matter as we can clearly see from this review. Neither are our apartments dark nor dingy and certainly not dusty. What is always a great pitty is that the propper channels are not getting used when faced with a problem such as our guest had above. I´m certainly sure we could have fixed most if not all of the perceived shortcommings by a simple room move or a friendly chat. After a mere 12 hours leaving without so much of a front desk feedback is also not a good favour to this establishment and its team. So..please, please..for anyone reading this review and eventually choosing this aparthotel. Please inform us about your problems or unmet expectations. We are here to help and we have every intention of keeping our hight guest return ratio up. I can understand if for some reason we do not meet some particular expectation but it can only help (like the guest above) if we are actually informed. We could have done so many things as possible solutions, even offered an alternate Hotel of our chain, that it just does not do us justice.

Greetings, As the manager of the Aparthotel Jabeque I do take great pride in our well earned reknown amongst those choosing Ibiza as their destination. I was quite shocked about this feedback since it certainly must come from a terrible experience. As the manager I feel bad that I had not been approached with that series of inconveniences explained above by said guest. The matter with the night shift clerk has solved itself in the meanwhile and for taking his own problems with him to work I do wish to apologize since as you said yourself, the rest of the Front Desk team is superb. You mention loud music problems. I´m sure it was loud for you otherwise you would not have placed this coment but I can just say that it surprises me since we do take such issues seriously and I have had no complains to speak off about this matter. Did you consider changing rooms perhaps? Room changing is available to those who request it. You never know what sort of neighbor you may get or how sensible you are to indirect music. About the cleanliness. We clean the rooms every day from 9AM to 4PM taking a free day on Friday. Is that the day you did not get propper service? Besides Fridays we clean on a daily basis unless you left out of your door a "not disturb" sign. I have a great housekeeping crew and such broad remarks do them no justice at all.
