These well-equipped apartments have been recently renovated and are situated directly on the coastline with fabulous views out to sea. On a clear day you can even see the smaller neighbouring island of Formentera. There are 2 pools for water babes, and beach lovers have the choice of Playa den Bossa beach which starts just 300m away and stretches for 2km and the smaller beaches of Figueretas just a few hundred metres away in the opposite direction. There are plenty of shops, cafés and bars nearby and for a change of scene and maybe a spot of people watching, bustling Ibiza Town, just 1km away, can be reached by local bus.

Firstly let me say the actual hotel was lovely. Ideal place, right by beach and walking distance to shops etc, very clean and great apartments. We was all inclusive, and always go all inclusive so was very surprised that most drinks wasnt included (isnt that what ALL INCLUSIVE means?!) Could only have beer (and my god how small was the cup!) had to pay if you wanted any bigger than thimble size! You could also have water, wine or fizzy drinks. No spirits, not even cheapo local stuff. Now i know im sounding a little like im alcohol dependant here, which im most definately not, but would have been nice to let my hair down with something a little stronger than sprite!
The entertainment was erm, how can i put it....rubbish. Its a good job me and my boyfriend like each others company as everything was geared towards the Italians. Nothing was in English. We didnt even know what we was eating at mealtimes as the signs werent in English either.
I would not recommend this hotel to anybody that is English to be honest. I have been to Ibiza several times but never to this place again. We felt a bit like outcasts, even had different colour wristbands to everybody else!
We asked to change rooms after suffering 3 sleepless nights, very noisy right on the road as there is a bar opposite, but told no other rooms. I rang the rep and hey presto another room became vacant for us. Much better as they bedrooms were situated at the rear of apartment overlooking the sea (would recommend this type of room if you are staying here).
Can i just finish by saying we are by no means moany type people who pick faults with everything, we just want to be honest as some depend on these reviews when deciding on a holiday.
By the way, the weather was gorgeous!

Love it. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. There are things to do if you want to join in but they don't hassle you. We have been there 2 years on the trot.

There's no rush to get up at the crack of dawn. You can get a sun lounger round the pool at any time of day, though both times we have gone it was September so can't say what it is like in high season.

Cleaning is 6 days a week but again if you want a lie in just pop your do not disturb sign up and peace is yours. The bar is about the same price for alcohol as in D'en Bossa or Figuretas.

Try the tapas at Home Loos, the owner can be found on Figuretas beach in the day handing out his cards, you can be certain of a warm welcome and relaxed atmosphere.

I preferred the beach at Figuretas rather than Bossa just because it was quieter and a smaller bay so the water was very calm (ideal for small children but you should be aware the resort is very cosmopolitan).

The Water Park is at the far end of Bossa and as 2 thirtysomethings we had a great day, what a laugh and hardly any queues. If you are going have a great time! We'll be back soon I hope.

First of all, I don’t think...

First of all, I don’t think the brochures are correct when they refer to this as being in Playa d'en Bossa, I think its located in Figuretas, but that’s just my opinion!

The location of the apartments is superb, literally on the sea front, beautiful view of the dalt villa and the harbour of Ibiza Town.

The rooms were clean, and of a very good size, the reception staff were unbelievably rude, but in my experience you never actually really need to speak to them anyway.

Check in was a bit of a trial, but only as we arrived at 11am, and check in is not until 2pm, so a few hours were wasted, but more than happy when I got to the apartment and took one look at the view!!

I can think of nothing nicer than that view, and I often spent hours sunbathing on my balcony just because of the view - my tip would be to request a high floor, as the views are stunning.

I didn’t ever go into Playa d'en Bossa so I can't comment on it, but I thought Figuretas was lovely, 2 places to recommend to eat: Principe restaurant on the sea front was fantastic and the tapas restaurant owned by the big blond Dutch guy was really entertaining, they don't mind explaining all about tapas if you have never had it and were so welcoming.

Another plus point about the location is the ability to get into Ibiza Town, turn left out of the hotel and about a 3 minute walk will take you to the water taxi to Ibiza, the bus was lots cheaper, but I loved getting the water taxi, it was so much more scenic.

Ibiza Town is a must; there is so much to see there.

I would recommend this property to pretty much anyone, the only downside was that there was an 18-30 type hotel to the right of the hotel, and the people in that hotel were really noisy every night up until 5am.

This only bothered me as I was in a room overlooking them so it did affect me, anywhere else in the building would not have been disturbed - but not so bad with the windows closed and a/c on!

Enjoy it if you go, you will have a fantastic time!

In my opinion the hotel was ok, but not very comfortable. When we got our rooms the floor wasn't really cleaned. At the exit to the pool was a lot of dirt on the floor. And we had thought that the charwoman hasn't cleaned our balcony and the floor in the whole apartment. The pool was beautiful and all apartments have the view to the sea.

The environment was ok but I think the centre to the nightlife was too far to walk.

You mast take the bus or the cabs. The cabs costs 8 Euro to the port in Ibiza. The bus only costs 2 Euro - but comes only once time in the hour.

In Ibiza City are quite a few people in the bars and streets but in Playa den Bossa are the bars very empty. If you want to have party and fun, you must pay a lot of money for the clubs. The admission fee is between 15 up to 45 Euro or more. For a water you must give 10 Euro and for long-drinks at least 13 Euro.

The Beach in Figuerete is only a five minute walk. But the beach wasn't clean. Those were a lot of cigarette stubs.

Generally speaking I wouldn't recommend the hotel or Ibiza in general.

Good location only 15 mins from airport. Great sea rooms from all the rooms. Clean apartments with good facilities and great bathroom. Air con is a great bonus.

Nice bars and restaurants left out of the hotel to Figueretas (10 mins walk). Try Restaurante Principe, great menu, we ate there 5 out of 7 nights!

Good daytime activities for kids. Would recommend and would return to these apartments.

I had a great holiday at the Jabeque! I too had something stolen, but not in the hotel, and the hotel were very helpful, canceling my (stolen) keycard and ringing the English Crime Line for me - although unfortunately it was not working for 2 days, but these things happen. Anyway, back to the hotel!

The rooms are great and are cleaned every day except Friday. The hotel looks weird from the road, but that's because its been built so all the walkways are at the front and everyone has a fantastic sea view from their balcony. Cooking facilities would be a bit lacking if you wanted to cook, but I didn't! Entertainment programme aimed at families and was very good, but as I work with children I tend to avoid them when on holiday so we went out. (Ivan the entertainments bloke was brilliant with the kids, and very friendly to everyone)

Plenty of sun beds round the pool and 2 beaches within a couple of minutes walk. I thought the sun beds on the beach were a bit expensive - 12 euro for 2 and a parasol - but maybe that’s because Greece tends to be a lot cheaper. Turn right for Figueretas, left for Playa D'En Bossa. Twenty minutes walk, a ferry from Playa D'En Bossa Beach (3 Euro) or a short bus ride (1.20 euro) into Ibiza Town and from there you can get buses all over the island.

Advice: They give you a keycard for the electricity. Don't leave it in when you leave your room or the maids will remove it. Apparently the fridge keeps on working without it!

Downside (although nothing to do with the hotel.) The immediate area is very touristy. There is the Queen Vic Pub, English Chippy etc, etc, etc. Ok if that's what you want but we didn't. Next to Moby Dick's though is a lovely bar called Paco's Bar. Go in and have a chat with Paco! He's a very interesting man.

All in all a great holiday, and I would recommend the Jabeque to anyone (although I have to agree the Spanish Police aren't very helpful).

Well, where can I start? When I arrived I found the staff to be abrupt and unhelpful. I knew that I would not be able to check in till a little later but the receptionist seemed to find it a stretch to let me put my suitcase in the luggage room.

Secondly when I finally found my friends I found out that our reservation had been cancelled despite the fact we had paid upfront!

Prior to my arrival my friends had been trying to sort out where we were going to be staying. The staff showed them a hotel which was a lower rating than the one we had booked. My friends didn't accept this, and once they realised that we meant business they did help us and moved us to a better hotel.

But it gets better, some of the group were able to stay at Sirenis Jabeque hotel which was fine. We went out for lunch and a wander and they came back to find their room had been broken into and their suitcases broken into. There was no sign of forced entry and the doors and windows had been checked before they left.

The hotel were very uncooperative when it came to helping us and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone at all. I have never met a more uncooperative manager or team in my entire life. This poor level of service was a very disappointing.

Already booked for next year. Apartments location is fantastic. Left into Playa D'en Bossa for bars, dancing and fast food if that is your thing or right for lovely restaurants and evening market stalls. We preferred the beach at Figuerates as it was very relaxing. Say hi to the Dutch guy who owns the tapas bar, he is very helpful if you've never tried tapas before.

Your first stop should be The Royal Oak to speak to Jayne, she is the local oracle and her husband can rustle up a fab cocktail!!

Cannot fault the apartments in any way, drinks were reasonable and there was no need to get up at the crack of dawn for a sun bed. Any time of day there are plenty to go around.

There is a restaurant just outside the apartments (2mins to the left) that does huge portions and is very reasonable.

Water park is about a 20 minute walk and a fantastic day out, not many queues in September.

I've recommended this place to everyone I know.

We arrived in Figueretas slightly worried to be the only ones dropped off at this Aparthotel after booking a Thomson price breaker deal where you are guaranteed one of three hotels but don’t find out until arrival.

Met a reception by a lovely lady called Mary who really went out of her way to help you.

Made our way up to our apartment as it was late at night and dark. One bed roomed apartment was immaculate and very big. Full kitchenette, full bathroom which catered for a disabled traveller quite easy i.e. hand rail which pulled down at the side of the toilet, adjustable height on the wash basin and grab rails for the bath. Maid service was spectacular and happened every day also daily towel change.

The master bedroom was really big with comfortable beds and plenty of storage. Nice big balcony leading off bedroom and a sea breeze and you could hear the waves against the rocks at night if you had the door open.

Woke up the following morning to the most wonderful view of the sea, a small island not far off shore and a vast view of most of that side of Ibiza.

There are two pools both of a good size.

The entertainment was good plenty of quizzes which got you all mingling and speaking to each other as they tended to split the room up into sections for teams etc. Children had lots of pool games and activities going on with the entertainment team also.

We hired a car and toured the island visiting the neighbouring resorts.

We also checked out the other two hotels we were up against in the price breaker which were the Tivoli and Fiesta Rialto and Lido and the Jabeque was by far the best one so we were glad.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone it really is good value for money.

This place is brilliant. I went with 5 of my mates who went in 2004. Great Facilities, loads of clubs, shops and restaurants local and taxi service straight to the hotel when you want go out at night. The staff are very friendly, drinks are reasonably cheap but it’s cheaper to go over the road to the supermarket. Two pool's available, our room was right in front of the pool, and superb views out into the sea. But it was a bit of a nightmare my room being next to the kid’s playground when you are trying to sleep after being out all night!! Overall, a brilliant place and very friendly, cant wait to go back July 2006!!!

No Delays on Plane to and from. The Direct Holidays Rep was friendly. Accommodation was good and staff at reception and bar areas where kind and friendly.

It had Two Pools and showers at each pool. The Cleaners come round about once a week.

We hired a car to look around the island and it was very nice. Direct Holidays did do Tours etc but they where expensive.

There was interment every night.

Good choice of eat out options, Kids club full of action packed fun just don’t end up next to their playground! Fun booked all day at hotel and into the evening. shuts up at 12am a bit to early some nights! Good night out in main town left or right of hotel just walk your are sure to find whatever your tastes are.

The highlight has got to be exclusive free access to the local health spa just round the corner. Total bliss half indoor half outdoor pool, large Jacuzzi, mushroom pool,3 Jacuzzis, steam room, sauna, jet showers, gym, and you can pay for tennis although my son was never charged. We loved the position of the apartments, it’s right in the middle of Figurates and the centre of Playa d' en Bossa so we could chose which direction to go in each day and could get a range on scenery.

The apartments themselves were great, clean and it’s great having your bed made and towels cleaned every day! Everyone is so helpful and lovely!

The entertainment was mainly good and was varied to try and suit everyone’s taste, which wasn’t for me some times but there’s so much to do everywhere else that I hardly noticed!

The views were fantastic and I enjoyed sitting on my balcony in the evening with a drink!

My only bad points were that the kitchen was small and restricting but with all those restaurants around we hardly ever ate in and also the area immediately out of the gate onto the beach was rocky so we did have to go further down but who does love a walk paddling in the sea?!

I would definitely recommend you go here!

Overall this holiday is to be well recommended. Apartments cleaned daily, all to a very high standard. Actual position of apartments is amazing, every room has a sea view where you can see for miles. Would recommend walking to Figuretas for meals, beach etc. as Playa den bossa is further away and a tad tacky for some.

Entertainment in Sirenis Jabeque complex however is perhaps not to be recommended and is certainly not everybody’s cup of tea. Noise continued well into the night,2 or even 3am, which for us with two small children was not ideal. If you are partial led to renditions of ‘Vive Espana’, however then you may enjoy the evening shows!

No real complaints, only negative really is that for very young children, ours are 5 and 2,this may not be an ideal place to stay.
