We have just returned from this hotel and we had a fantastic holiday, all the staff were friendly, food was good and the entertainment staff were out of this world. You could never be bored as there was allways something going on, like pool, darts, beach volley ball,... more

Iv been here 8 times & I love it, never get fed up of it. Its a 5 minute walk from Space & some great bars. About 5/10minutes in a taxi into the town. The hotel get a taxi for you to ensure you dont get a dodgy taxi. Playa den bossa is a quieter part of Ibiza so i would... more

Outstanding
Yet again another fab holiday. We have stayed in each of the sister hotels in Playa den Bossa - Palm Beach, Club Bahamas both have never failed to impress us. We have been going to these hotels for the past 20 years the standard has never dropped always excellent. The families you cannot beat this place. The food is hot, plenty of eat and well presented, beach clean and not too packed. Hotel rooms, clean (always cleaners around all day cleaning the rooms and public areas) reception staff very helpful and the entertainment great. Excellent value for money as always. Unfortunately we cannot get in to Club Bahamas in 2006 as it is fully booked, but never mind we are staying in the Palm Beach this year in July for another 2 weeks. Can't wait.
give boris a slap.
I have just returned from the Fiesta Bahamas Hotel in Ibiza. My first impressions were that the Hotel lobby was very clean and well decorated. The staff at the reception were very friendly and efficient. Their English was very good. We made our way to our room and we had to pass the entertainment area which was already buzzing with the mini disco. Our room was excellent and we had a fan in the room. We were also lucky as the room was on the ground floor as there are no lifts. The grounds and pool were kept very clean but the poolside bad could do with a little tarting up. The drinks were ok but not much choice. The best thing about this holiday was the evening entertainment. The fiesta staff that run the daytime activities also do shows at night. And for such small budgets they produce some fantastic shows and my favourite one was Lion King. I will be singing "Now the ladies of the harem of the court of King Catactacus, were just passing by." The patrons of the hotel are mixed nationalalities so expect the shows to be in many languages. Toverall we had a good time and the food wasn't bad at all. I would recommend this holiday to parents who like to stay in the complex.
fab place
hi we have just come bk off holiday may 13th,we stayed at this hotel which was great, nice clean and friendly place, the food is great with a good selection, this hotel is a place for the young and old, with all sorts off things to do.The entertainment is great with a good bunch of peepleto entertain you(boris, celia)they really put on good shows every night, anyone that goes will really love this place with the kids in the kids clubs, leaves parents to spend a couple of hours together,i enjoyed it so much i intend to go back
Perfect Family Holiday
Cannot fault the hotel, the food, the staff and the entertainment - the kids zone is great and it's a totally safe environment. Loads of activities to do like archery, rifle shooting, footy, table tennis, water polo comps etc but if you dont want to join in you definately wont get bothered as they will only ask once. Crazy golf on site free - great pools and beach at bottom of hotel - if you like a drink or 2 - upgrade to fully inclusive for 13 euros a day or snacks too for 17 euros a day for adults.. ONLY PROBLEM - NO DOUBLE BEDS!!!! Will be going back!!
Holiday from Hell
Worst holiday ever, went 1st may nothing open in resort, waterpark closed, no sensible excursions for familys with small children. Dirty Beach, Damp rooms, Spanish tv. Paid extra for all inclusive, told not alowed most snacks can have hamburger not cheesburger, no ice cream included how pathetic for so say all inclusive. Long long walk to any shops but none open. Never go to ibiza ever again, never would recomend island at all.
fabulous!
What a fantastic holiday!! fab entertainment , helpful freindly stafFf,clean rooms and ok food... entertainment staff were friendly and fun and great with the kids, my little girl (elle whos 7 yrs) did not want to leave!! very highly reccommended to all, pricey, but worth it! big clean pool and lots of entertainment ,we had no real need to leave the hotel , only for the want of sight seeing!!
Fabulous family hotel
We have stayed at this hotel many many times. Fabulous food, entertainment, friendly staff. Hotel is on the beach and 2 minutes walk is an aquapark. We have tried different hotels and spanish islands and the spanish mainland, but apart from Florida, this is the best by far we have found, happy holidays
Absolute nightmare, avoid this rip-off hotel if you are on a clubbing holiday
If like many people you are going to Ibiza for a clubbing holiday, and by that I mean one where you will be spending most of your nights visiting many of the islands many famous nightclubs then avoid this hotel at all costs. Also avoid it if you have ever stayed in any other hotel of a 4* rating and above elsewhere in the world. I will explain. I booked a room which would have capacity for three people and went with a friend. Even though there were only two of us, we paid for the larger room as we wanted some space and privacy during our two week holiday. Upon arrival we were put in a tiny room with only two beds. We complained that we had ordered a larger room and they duly complied, moving us to a larger room. Of course, there was no concierge helping us with our luggage and we had to haul our heavy suitcases up and down steep stairs until we arrived at our slightly larger room. We unpacked and started to get ready to go out. Once I started showering I discovered to my horror that there was salt water running out of the taps. I complained to the hotel reception to be told that this was the case all over Ibiza. I knew this to be a blatant lie as I had visited the island many times before and had never encountered any salt water running out of the shower taps at any other establishments. Anyway we went out and came back to the hotel around 9am in the morning, a little drunk and very tired. I got into bed and went to sleep only to be woken an hour later by a woman on loudspeaker doing some sort of sound test on a stage right outside our balcony. This didn't stop and was driving me mad, I was after-all on holiday and wanted some time to unwind and relax. I rang reception again and complained and was told that this racket would be going on all day as they performed shows for the families staying at the hotel. I complained again and to their credit they moved me to another room far away from the pool area nearer to the beach, away from the noise. I settled into my holiday and began to ignore the filthy state of the rooms and the lack of clean water. One day some friends of ours decided to visit us and relax at the beach with us. Afterwards we invited them back to our room to have some drinks. A security guard walked past us and gave us a dirty look. Later that day reception rang to complain that we had had guests in our rooms and this was against hotel policy, and if we were caught doing this again we would have to pay a penalty. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. After paying them so much money to stay in a seriously sub-standard hotel my friend and I were now being told we would have to pay a fine if we had friends come and visit. My holiday was beginning to resemble a holiday in a concentration camp. Being September there was some rain in Ibiza, and one day we woke up to find our entire room flooded and all our clothes soaked. So on top of all the poor service and sub-standard plumbing we now had poor drainage to contend with. The hotel never offered us any compensation for the damage to our items. On our last day we were a little late in checking-out. About 45 minutes. The hotels final good-bye gift to us was a €50 fine for checking out late. After that final insult I can safely say I will never stay in another Fiesta hotel ever again, and I strongly recommend you don't either. There are many other hotels in Ibiza that are cheaper, of a higher quality and understand the meaning of service. This is not one of them.
Definitely the best holiday!!
I went to the Bahamas in August this year with my two children, aged 11 and 5 and my husband. There was such choice of activities, entertainment and facilities there was no way you could be bored! Or you could just laze in the sun on the sunbeds, swim in the pool or take a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach! The entertainment team are superb, loads of different personalities that worked brilliantly and so hard to make the holiday enjoyable. The food was of a very good standard, loads of variety and the staff in the restaurant were very pleasant. The rooms are clean and adequate, the hotel staff were kind and helpful and we had no problems at all! My little girl cried when we left, she has her pictures of her and the entertainment team in her room whilst she dances along to the mini club disco cd! 10/10 for this hotel and the team! We will be returning next year!
fantastic hotel and entertainment
I have just returned from the bahamas club hotel and found it fantastic. I went with my 3 kids aged 12 8 and 5. The hotel entertainment crew lead by boris was great and kept my kids well entertained especially sister act where boris played god. The hotel is spotless food is variable it caters for most tastes even my fussy 8 year old daughter. Pool was open from 8 to 8 lilos were only allowed from 8 to 2pm which was fine as it got busy then Plenty of sun beds right on it's own private beach. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a fun time. You can join in the games available or just relax by the pool and enjoy the sun.
