We had a great time in the hotel. The room was spacious with a fridge and coffee maker and plenty of room to store and hang clothes for a 2 week stay. The hotel was quiet and very pretty and we benefitted from a lovely view of the river. Food was fine and as we were on the disney dining plan we didn't find it expensive. We hired a car and so only used the disney buses a few times and they were OK if a little crowded. The children loved the pool and we used the river boat to get to downtown disney at night. Laundry factilies were great and so we didnt' have to go home with suitcases full of dirty clothes!
A good choice to have somewhere quiet to return to after a busy day in the parks

This is a lovely Disney hotel. We enjoy it so much more than the larger hotels, because everything (like the pool, etc.) is closer. You don't have to walk down vast hallways to get to your room. The rooms are clean and well-appointed.
The Disney shuttles are great, you don't need a rental car. The pool is great and you can also take the river barge to Downtown Disney. This is my family's favorite Disney hotel.
