We went to Palma during half-term holidays. Overall speaking, it was about average. But there is one thing that really was a nuisance - there was a lot of dog excrement on the pavements. Furthermore, the weather was not nice at all during our visit there. Superbreak was not helpful at all and we have decided we will not use the same company again in the future no matter how competitive its price.
On the plus side, we found that the bus service was very reliable, clean and reasonable priced. Food was lovely and there was a great variety of choices of restaurants. Our hotel was a three-stars rating hotel and it was O.K.

Went to Palma because my nephew was in intensive care at hospital Son Duerta, this was a 5min walk from the hotel. At what was an incredibly difficult time the hotel staff were fabulous.
Hotel clean, tidy, reasonably priced and the food was good. In spite of situation found Palma lovely city would enjoy it for a 'real' holiday, lots of galleries and fab old buildings.
