Faliraki is a lovely place,many pub, bar and crazy disco. Beach unfortunately wasn't so interesting as anthers, ex Lindos or Rhodos. Billy Studios staff seems friendly but we had to ask about frying pan and saucepans, because we hadn't any(strange - self catering but no equipment to make the food). We didn't know that the air condition cost extra 40 euro per week(!!) and 60 per 2 week, and safe box cost 10 euro per week. We decided to not use air condition, we leave door from balcony open for night, what was quite dangerous. Internet, of course was, but 2,5 euro per hour(ridicules), we preferred use an internet in the city. We could use swimming pool until 19.00( ridicules again, we've paid for holiday, we can swim what time we want!!!), resume-not very nice place, happily we were in most outside hotel (it rather remind HOSTEL :) .I recommend faliraki, but better to pay a little more and go to three or four star hotel than stay in BIlly Studio :(. also not very nice view from balcony, no table, just two chairs. Quite expensive food in the bar, we've never bought there any food. Drinks also expensive, we preffered bought drinks in the city's bar or simply in the supermarket,which was plenty.

Me and my partner stayed at Billy's studios this summer. What can I say Faliraki was a lovely place, great weather and friendly people. Billy's however was not. Handed are passports in on the first night we arrived, then 4 days later was asked by sarah a young girl workng there where are passports were they did not seem to know.

Rude bar staff, expensive food and not all that good, expensive drinks and infested with ants.

Could not wait for our 2 weeks to be up and get out of billy's and get home.

Would not recommend to anybody to go to billy's terrible place and terribly rude un helpful people.

Billys studios is the most freindliest hotel i have ever stayed at.I had the best holiday of my life in falaraki and the place where we stayed made it even better. michael and his wife and sarah and stepahnie were very kind and fun to be around. The night life in falaraki is amzing u wont get any better there is a few good clubs like bed rock and liquid and bars like the tropical bar and 20twenties were all very good.There is alot to do through the day like falraki water park one of the biggest water parks in the uk it was awsome u must try the wave poollots of fun but can be dangerous there is also trips to rhodes and lindos and alot of water sports.I also made two great friends who also stayed at billys.There is also a great selection of restaurants the best one was the opera great food

if ur looking for a mad one i suggest u go to falaraki and stay at billys studios .AMAZING

12 of us stayed at Billy's 9th July - 24th July. Family made us feel welcome, rooms are basic, but they were clean and just what you need.

One of the girls had 50 Euros taken from her from which we assumed was the cleaners, she chose not to get a safe. I got a safe which was 60 Euros for the 2 weeks and my money was fine.

Hotel about 10 min walk from the strip. Ideal location.

Food at hotel is nice, theres also internet access and a bbq every monday which is yum.

Billy's is one of the nicest hotel in Faliraki! Would definately go back!

My daughter is currently in the process of having a nightmare holiday at Billy's after having all her money stolen from her room the 2nd theft from her room this holiday after her friend had 170 euros stolen earlier in the week, clearly the cleaners are responsible but the owners don't appear to be too interested. There has also been problems with the room not being very clean on arrival and the cleaners leaving a dirty dust pan on the bed after cleaning the room meaning there were a lot of bugs etc. on a supposedly clean bed. Very unfortunate as this is her first holiday without the parents and we have been going to Faliraki as a family for several years now and Billy's was the first place I ever stayed at in Faliraki back in 1996

Arrived in faliraki late at night and on arrival we were welcomed by mike (the owner) and his wife and checked in easily, had a free drink and then went up to the room, mikes brother stefanos took our bags up the stairs for us, when we got in the room eveything was clean and tidy, the pool area was spotless and only a short walk to the supermarkets and nightlife, (only 10 minute walk to bars and clubs) made good friends with mike and also lisa who was the cleaner, would highly recommend billys to anyone who doesnt want to be too close to the nightlife, try tinas (mikes mum) food its like food from back home.......

billys apt give you 5 star treatment with a personal friendly service that is second to none. the family run apt, bar and resturaunt gives you the feeling of not wanting to leave, all staff are there for your every need, the apts provided are in emaculate condition and are kept to the highest standard, air con and maid service that should be in a 5 star hotel, the food is cooked by the family mama, what better chief to cook good authentic greek food, she not bad at the english brecky and the english scran, but you need to try the real steffardo and lamb kleftico. ive been going to billys and become friends of the family only because of the way the y make me feel and that is... very welcome every time. go, find out and enjoy. take the family you will efin love it.

When we got there Faliraki was not like we expected it to be!! When we got to the hotel the staff where very friendly and very helpful. Asked if we would like anything to eat and at half six in the morning, we weren’t very interested we where knackered!



We got into the apartment and we were very impressed it was clean and had everything we asked for!



After a few hours sleep we got up and went downstairs to the pool. It was very clean! The food actually in the bar was cheap; you got what you paid for!!



The location of the apartments is very good! It is close enough to walk to the actual nightlife but it’s not that close where you get the hustle and bustle of it all!



The one thing I would say us be careful when you go at night me and my friend got back to the apartment and we were locked out. We had to wake are friends up at half five in the morning to let us through there room so we could go up to are apartment.



Overall it was a fantastic holiday and we are defo going back next year.

Billy's was a fantastic place to stay, we went away for 2 weeks a group of 5 girls and it’s the best holiday yet!!!!



The staff are great always willing to help with anything and creating a relaxed and fun environment.

The bar is open 24 hours so it’s nice when you roll in at daft o’clock in the morning to be able to get something to eat and have a few more drinks whilst you chill out with the friends you've made around the pool.



The atmosphere was really fun and laid back, everyone from other apartments came round the pool during the day so there was always plenty of people to get to know.



Overall 10 out of 10 for the accommodation and the holiday. Faliraki is a fantastic place to go away on holiday, definitely going to go back!!!! Met some amazing people who helped make the holiday the best yet!!!!!

Billy's studios is a fantastic, friendly place to spend your holiday. The family run studios are very clean and comfortable.



The studios has a good mix of people staying there. The location is superb. You are close enough to the beach and bars for all the lively entertainment or you can relax at the hotel and enjoy the Monday night bbq and karaoke.



The studios are very quiet at night time and have air conditioning.



Billy's is fantastic and I was genuinely sad to leave.

I went on holiday; this was my first sunshine holiday abroad even though I am over 50.



The amenities and staff attention were second to none. 'Mama' is a fantastic cook, 2 sons Stefanos and Mike were excellent hosts and Mike’s wife Yiota an absolute treasure, nothing was too much trouble and they were all so kind and caring!



I felt very much part of the family straight away.



I met loads of great people there, who I wish now I had got numbers from to keep in touch, but we were all having so much fun time flew by and before I knew it they were leaving and I was still there. (I was there 2 weeks; the people I met were there for 1 week).



So if you were at Billy’s the third week in September 14/21. Please try to get back in touch. I am so glad I at least have photos of them all!!



If you want clean rooms, clean bedding and towels and a great family to take care of you, then you should stay here.



You can walk to the beach, town, bars, restaurants or even stay where you are and you will not be disappointed.



I am at the moment hoping I can get back there this year to meet up with Yiota, she really was a wonderful woman, so caring.

My Husband and I were looking for a quiet relaxing holiday in Greece. We booked our holiday in Greece, with Thomas Cook and we were NOT disappointed, It exceeded our expectations.



We stayed at Billys Studios, run by the whole family, they make you so welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Connie is always there to see to your needs, and speaks perfect English. Her Mother is a super cook, and the service is wonderful.



The studios are cleaned every two days, fresh bedding, and anything you need. You just ask! The scenery is breathtaking, the view from our balcony was a postcard picture of the sea and surrounding islands, and at night was lit up, so calm peaceful and romantic.



All the locals are so friendly. The transport to other parts of the island is easy and so cheap. They have all types of Taverna, so if you want dancing music, Romantic, Jazz, or any mood you’re in. There is something for all and it’s a short walking distance. Great for bird life. We will certainly go again.

On 10th of august me and 8 other Scousers went to Billys.


This is our review we rate Billys 110 out of 10 best place in the world and u cant get no better Tina(mama) was lovely so was Giota (yota) Stefano’s was so funny but mike was the best he owned the place he was lovely he was cool and they were the nicest people I have ever met in my life definitely recommended got to go. The party is here!!!!!!

There were 3 of us booked this holiday 6 months previous. All in our 30's and having heard of the reputation and TV portrayal of Faliraki in Rhodes, we wondered just what we had let ourselves in for! However we arrived at 2am and were surprised that the reception area was actually the main bar, the staff very laid back- 'a Greek minute' we later learned!



We stayed for 1 week and we could not have asked for a more enjoyable holiday. The amenities and staff attention were second to none. 'Mama' is a fantastic cook, 2 sons Stefanos and Mike excellent hosts and Mike’s wife Yiota an absolute treasure! We felt very much part of the family straight away. Fabulous pool and Jacuzzi area where you are allowed to take your drinks, pool table & widescreen sky TV available 24hrs, the bar was also open 24hrs, which some nights/days we took total advantage of!. The BBQ and karaoke nights are fabulous and the 'foam' parties an absolute must these people really care and make 110% effort into making your holiday a home away from home!



I would definitely recommend these apartments if you like to do your own thing, but still need an excellent base to relax and have fun in, because honestly there was never a dull moment! Mama, Mike, Yiota and Stefanos thank you so much for your hospitality and attention, you are all very beautiful people, we will definitely be back in the very near future. THE PARTY IS HERE!!!!!

I can’t rate Billy’s any higher than I have. I had an excellent time here and made to feel like one of the family.



Always plenty of room near the pool. The rooms clean and tidy. I would certainly recommend the bbq nights with either the pool competition or the karaoke night. Everyone gets involved from the other guests to people from surrounding hotels. I would go back tomorrow if I could.



Great place, great atmosphere, great people. The best place I have ever stayed.
