Stayed for a week. Room was cold at night only one blanket per bed. A cup full of hot water, not enough for a bath. Only 1 person can shower then the hot water is gone. No kettle, it takes 22mins for a saucepan to heat up water. No toilet rolls. Bathroom door rotten on... more

This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed. The staff where rude and unhelpful (accept the man on the night shift who was lovely) and they didn't want to know you. I don't think they have ever heard of cleaners, I was there for two weeks and never saw one. The... more
