The hotel was fine for the price we paid. The staff did not speak much english and were not that helpful but we found our own way around OK. The rooms were clean but basic. It seemed like we were the only British people staying there. The food was nice but repetitive. What the hell the weather was good and i had a fab holiday!!!

I was sold a perfect package holiday to hotel Apollo or should I say hotel appalling! This should have been the perfect holiday for my family, it was the worst.



The pictures advertising this hotel are very misleading, the pool is extremely small, the main bar never opened during our stay (mid season). The food does not cater for young children so we had to eat out most nights. What food we had was either burnt or under cooked. Entertainment was also advertised, this was non-existent.



Security of the hotel was rubbish, they even gave our key to our room to someone else. Even hiring a safety deposit box does not keep your valuables safe. The up keep of the rooms was poor ceiling fans hanging off the ceiling, broken tiles hanging of the wall.



The staff can speak English when they wish too, but if you have a complaint they tell you they can't speak it. The best advice I could give to anyone is, if your looking for a good hotel don’t' go to this one.

My family and I have just come back from a holiday from hell. This was sold to me as a perfect family all inclusive hotel for my children. Ha ha. There was no entertainment, no tea and cakes, no ice creams, the baby pool was the disabled access cordoned off and had enough room for about 6 children. The big pool is photographed very carefully and looks 10 times bigger than it really is.



There was one pool bar serving drinks from 10am to 11 pm in paper cups and if you were a family of 6 as I was you had to queue 3 times as you were only allowed 2 drinks at a time. The inside bar was closed for the whole duration of our stay. No balls lilos or any other play accessories were allowed as they were confiscated if used. 3 of us were put in a twin room with a 3rd bed pushed in leaving a foot gap either end of the room. Security is diabolical.



The food is repetitive and was often under cooked or burnt my 2 little boys lived on bread rolls as they do not cater for children. Most of the guests eat at Burger King that is about 20 mins walk away. Please do not go to this hotel appalling as the only thing missing is the cockroaches.
