I would not rate this a 3 star hotel....

I would not rate this a 3 star hotel.
Sea views from every room means a glimpse of it between buildings. The food was average and not kept very hot. Dessert every day was Melon. This hotel seems to prefer to cater for Germans not English.
I requested a late departure from our room for our final day 2 days before departure. This was confirmed again the next day, but on the day of departure was told that they had taken a booking and we had to vacate at mid-day. Not impressed at all!! Loved Majorca but will not stay at this resort or Hotel again.

This was a very sleepy hotel, being so close to the beach, it was almost deserted throughout the day. I stayed during the beginning of September and judging by the numbers at dinner and breakfast, this was not the hotels busy period. I would rate this as a lower 3* hotel.
However, my bathroom WAS newly refurbished and the hotel was clean throughout. I found the food to be acceptable. The hotel is popular with German tourists and I believe I was the only British person there. (However, there is no problem with the hotel sunloungers as they are all at the beach.) My main concerns were that all the balconies overlapped each other by 18 inches, so intruders would have NO difficulties whatsoever. Secondly, although I could lock my balcony door, I could not lock my room door from the inside and so I felt very vulnerable as a lone female traveller.
It is also facing a major building site on the left hand side at present which is the view I had from my room. Oddly, this didn’t affect the tranquillity too much. Great place for beach lovers seeking slow paced calm break.
