Dear family Salathe, We would like to thank you for having spent some of your time posting comments in Trip Advisor about your stay in Aldemar. Your feedback is always a valuable assessment tool for improvement especially when the initial goal of our guest’s writings comes with a good will. Herewith we would like to express our thanksgiving for any positive comments and in the same time our displeasure that you where not fully satisfied with all our services. The fact that we have only 2-5 rooms per week / or 2 weeks with not so positive comments or that are not 100% satisfied from everything, which is a logical and less than the normal percentage, makes us believe that you did not probably give to us the appropriate time to offer you our high standards of services and to experience the unique hospitality of our hotel and staff as well as the numerous facilities. Please believe that the great majority of our guests state satisfaction more than 92% according to guest’s questionnaires and many people are really full of enthusiasm! We as Aldemar Cretan Village did not receive any comments straightly from you but only through your Travel Agency where you very fast stated your disappointment and wish for hotel change. You seemed to have prejudiced our hotel since the first minutes of your arrival in order to ask for a free upgrade, which we arranged in order to keep you satisfied as you are for us an Aldemar guest and not only a Cretan Village guest. However our purpose is to have our guests leaving with the best possible memories and an excuse to visit us again! Therefore, we would like to have the privilege to invite you as a special treated Repeater guest on your next visit to Aldemar.
