My husband and I stayed here in late May into early June. The hotel itself is very clean and everything done to a high standard including quality presentation and cooking of all the food.
There was a wide selection of local dishes which may not appeal to those who prefer "English" food. Here you could have plate after plate of langoustine freshly fried fish and meat all prepared in front of you to your exact liking. There was even a small persons buffet selection very similar to what was on the adults selection but at child height which was excellent for the kiddies as they could go and help themselves to what they wanted, they also did early suppers in case it was too late for your little uns when the restaurant opened at 19.30.
Bedrooms were very comfortable quiet and clean with nice view. We had three lovely pools with plenty of beds and brollies and there was even a small heated indoor pool which was great if you wanted a soothing early morning swim. There was a decent gym to work off any excess pounds and the entertainers did exercise classes and volleyball everyday.
The entertainment was held in a staged salon room and was good if you liked west end shows but the staff really put 100% into it so it came off very professional.
We were all inclusive and the drinks were fantastic all top brands decent measure without being silly served in glasses not plastic cups and waiter service in some of the bars with the exception of tea and coffee you could help yourself to that. If you wanted water you just asked and they gave you a litre bottle so you could even take them back to the room. Wine at meal times if you were both drinking it was always a bottle never by the glass which was a nice touch too.
The resort itself is very new and aimed toward the higher end of the market it attracts lots of Spaniards from Seville and Madrid and German holiday makers too. There was a small commercial centre just across the road fro the hotel that had a supermarket a few shops and a lovely Andalusian square that had a few restaurants in it we ate there a couple of times for a change and it was really nice and good prices.
The beach was nice you do have to pay for your beds and brollies there but that's fine and there is no bar down there but there is one on the beach so take some euros with you for your drinks.
Overall this is the place to relax and enjoy your summer break in a Spanish resort if you want discos eastenders with english brekkies then this wont suit you but if you want fresh local produce nice hotel and to relax then this will.
